I normally love this Starbucks because I seriously live like 5 minutes away. I come quite often but I see that the new staff members dont know how to warm up food properly. I had two wraps that where both ice cold in the middle. First time I’ve ever gotten cold food from this spot. Hopefully they will see this and be more mindful of how long they are warming the food up for and makes sure its fully warmed.

NATASHA! Thank you so much for your hospitality & kind words. I wanted to order a drink I used to get a while ago with toffee nut syrup but Natasha let me know they didn’t have the syrup anymore. She suggested the brown sugar syrup in place of the toffee nut & it was delicious! If Natasha isn’t a Team Lead or Manager she deserves a promotion! She was so incredibly kind & made my day. A standard Starbucks. I would say this one is a bit unusual in the size, it is quite spacious and empty. This one had a bit more noise than I was expecting, I went there to study, and the music and people were pretty loud. But this is a coffee shop, and the coffee was up to standard. They have good quality control, consistent food and drinks. I enjoyed my experience there, I am just saying if your intention is to go and have a quiet place it might not be the place

Why is it delivery orders always take longer than drive-through or other customer orders I end up waiting 15 minutes usually for an order where is somebody that comes into the counter? Doesn’t wait more than five minutes. This is ridiculous. This causes the drivers to lose money by having to wait so long to pick up one order.

Yesterday 2/18/25 ordered a grande nitro cold brew. There was way too much nitro foam compared to cold brew coffee. When I showed this to barista responses we’re that’s how it should be, there was nothing they could do, etc. Response should have been sorry we will report issue and let me make you an additional one. Just horrible customer service.

This Starbucks is worse than most. They never seem to have enough people working and their is almost 0 interaction with the customers in the store. I typically have to wait quite a while for my drinks and if their is an issue when they make it you are out of luck getting it resolved.
