I ordered from here and the packaging for delivery was terrible. No stickers over drinks, the bag could have been stapled better and stickers were lifted on the bags, one was even tore. Needless to say, I didn’t feel comfortable putting this in my body so money is wasted.

First went to the drive thru, I ask the lady with the dry voice to give me a moment. She didn’t say anything. I decided I will order on the app and go inside and grab it. No one spoke when I walked in they were too busy talking to each other: food was cold did a refund because the lady at the window was not very pleasant or friendly. None of them spoke when I walked in. No one tried to help me when I came back to get a refund they all seem extra busy. The food was just thrown on the counter I had to figure out if it was mine, both that you see pictured was mine but separately placed on the counter. The wrap was SUPER COLD. So yeah never visiting this location ever and I went out my way to go here. YUCK! Just RUINED MY TASTE for Starbucks!!! I rather have gas station coffee. It’s cheaper and it’s less calories and no attitudes!!!

I used to come to this Starbucks faithfully…almost every day Monday – Friday. The service has dwindled quite a bit. It seems to take forever to go through the drive thru. Last week when handed my order, I looked the barista in the face to say, “Thank you,” but I was met with nothing – not a head nod, or anything. I’ll still come to this store because of its ease of access for me, but I’m highly disappointed.

I’m not sure what is going on at Starbucks but the quality of service is awful, pretty much across the board. I visited this location, ordered two drinks. One was made, but the other was not. I could not get anyone’s attention while they made other drinks. Finally went to the register and after waiting a few minutes, an employee steps over to help. I kindly explained to her what happened and the only option she offered was a refund. A refund after waiting nearly 20 minutes for two drinks at a location that was not that busy. In addition, the bathroom was filthy and had toilet paper scattered inside the stalls.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to, and I love Starbucks, normally. I placed a mobile order and when I arrived, 3/4 of my items were ready. I waited 15 minutes before going to the front and asking. They were out of cold brew and nobody bothered to tell me. They made no apologies and were quite rude to me. They said they’d make me another drink. 15 minutes later still no drink. The employees were talking about me on their headsets because I was waiting by the counter with a very annoyed look on my face. Finally I walked out. My boyfriend talked to the manager and finally they made me a drink, not even the 2nd drink I requested. I am beyond upset, frustrated, and annoyed. Zero customer service. All the employees were rude. You couldn’t pay me to go back here

While traveling on 74, this has been our stopping point for years. More recently, and it does not matter the time of day or night, this is consistently one of the slowest Starbucks we’ve ever visited. Sat at drive thru for five minutes before order was taken. Add to that, they are often out of main items that make Starbucks dinks the specialty drinks that they are….(aka) caramel, whip cream, almond milk, etc.

It’s a nice, clean, neat and welcoming store. Friendly staff and customers also. Beautiful displays, neat gift items and a very nice selection of coffee beans to purchase. They will even grind them for you according to whatever type machine you have at home. Always a pleasant experience.

Micah and Isaac are completely unprofessional. Sat at the drive through for several minutes before anyone took order. Micah proceeded to sit my drink down and have a full conversation before walking off. Isaac opens window requesting payment. When in question why my drink sat there he says “he was busy”. I asked for names and was told I didn’t need them, Isaac finally agreed to give names and excuses and no apology. Just sassy attitude and mouth agape when I complained Called to speak with the manager and was told they don’t have one, only a proxy manager. This place frequently turn offs mobile orders. They did have good staff but something had changed.
