While eggnog is a powdered mix w/ H²O & halfnhalf, not bad. It doesn’t need the Xtra shot I’ve ordered in the past. Too bad as a Corp the training to make Cappacinnos is seriously deficient. Or the baristas just don’t care and put the pitcher under the wand, set it on the tray and walk away, in effect.
To get a real Cap, can only do so @ locally owned, non-chain establishment. Seattle, Portland, NYC, LA, etc. had a great one in Riverside Cali!
At least its not Dutch Bro’s or Dunkin!
We like COFFEE! Not sugar
Bonus: only store open on the holiday, 6-3pm

I am 50, born in Seattle. I remember when Starbucks was an artesian coffee shop near the Pike Street Market. It was cool because it was not pretentious. Now it is very commercial, and not cool. Now I go to an Albanian coffee shop, ran by immigrants……it’s got a cool vibe.

Starbucks is alright. The drinks are usually fine, but sometimes they taste a little off or too sweet. Service is hit or miss depending on how busy it is. The place is clean and the staff is nice enough, but it can take a while to get your order. It’s convenient, but nothing amazing — just kind of average overall.

They gave me a used cup, my coffee wasn’t filled up all the way, and it look like diarrhea. This is not a place I would recommend! Poor service and bad quality coffee. Try wake up call or dutch bros, I know everyone I know I will tell them not to go to Starbucks because you guys are crap.

The customer service at this location is deplorable. Management needs to be evaluated for competency as the staff at this location is nowhere near brand expectations. Highly recommend avoiding this location and supporting a company that doesn’t allow employees to treat customers like an inconvenience.

The drink itself tasted okay, but my biggest gripe was with barista that took my order. When requesting an addition to my drink and asking for double of that addition, she made the condescending comment, “well, it doesn’t come with that, 0+0=0.” I order this drink a lot, so I’m very aware it doesn’t come with it—I was asking her to add to the drink (and yes I know it costs extra). Yeah, that was unnecessary. I was ready to give her a piece of my mind, but didn’t want her spitting in my drink (wouldn’t have put it past her)! That rudeness is unnecessary. It looks like, after reading the reviews, there’s been similar issues of staff being rude. The other staff were fine, it was just the lady who took our order. Do better Starbucks! This store is already going down the bucket and you just opened up this new location not that long ago. Was frequent customer, but she was enough to put a bad taste in my mouth.

Went in to grab a drink with my husband before an appointment I had and the place was dirty and it took well over 20 minutes to get 2 drinks and 2 food items. One employee was standing and having a casual conversation about her day with someone while everyone around her was running around trying to get things done. If everyone was actually pulling their weight my drink might have been done in a timely manner. My bagel was cold by the time I got it and I had to ask for the cream cheese I paid for and my husband food was still cold in the middle. I won’t be going back to this location which is a shame given that it’s the closest one to me. Do better Starbucks

Worst Starbucks coffee I’ve ever had. My husband and I were visiting family in Tri Cities, since we had a long day ahead of us, we stopped for a coffee. I asked for a Iced Venti cinnamon dulce, it was warm, hardly any oce, and tasted like more milk than coffee. I wont return to any Starbucks at this point.

Drove through today for a blended caramel ribbon crunch – tipped extra because it is Thanksgiving. The drink looked different when I got it and it tasted terrible. The lid was cracked and would not stay on – almost dropped it twice because of this. Walked in the store – handed the drink back, told them it was terrible and walked away…I didn’t even want a replacement it was so bad.
