I’ve been traveling around the US and have been very disappointed in my visits to Starbucks in general, but this Starbucks in Kennewick renewed my hope. The gal taking my order (Megan I think was her name) was very personable and the gal making the drinks was working very fast- she even apologized for not getting my drink out quicker, but she truly was moving/working at full speed. It was very impressive. This was the best Starbucks experience I’ve had in months.

It’s a shame what they’ve done to this location. I understand it’s right off the highway so they are prioritizing their drive thru. But there are two tables. That’s it. I remember large groups meeting at this location back in the day and now that is impossible. Drinks are still decent.

I was on a long trip home and traveling through Kennewick Washington. When I stopped at this Starbuck’s. I knew that I could always count on them for a good cup of coffee, Going through Umatilla I went through another coffee shop and got the worst coffee ever.and I badly needed a good cup, My day was made when I spotted this Starbucks. The young lady behind the counter was Rachel, super polite, courteous and friendly, she even rinsed out my travel cup. Now thats is 5 star customer service and I got a GREAT cup of coffee. Quiet enough to visit between bursts of energy by the staff as they greeted regulars with cheers. They seem to have a culture of fun in this Starbucks. It was fine for a visit, if I were in a business meeting I may consider a quieter, less busy time, late morning or early afternoon.

Horrible service. We went through drive thru and the girls attending the window had an attitude of I hate my job and rude. I ask about ingredients of a caramel brûlée late because I am allergic of nuts and the girl was like I don’t know the ingredients but if something happens to you is your problem. When they saw we were Hispanic they did an ugly face. My husband and I we just had a bad news and we thought on getting a coffee to soft stuff out but they made it worst. Thank you any way.

My absolute favorite starbucks location to go to in the Tri-Cities. The baristas are always friendly, Gali is absolutely the sweetest and always greets me by name with a warm welcoming smile. Highly recommend this location!

absolutely horrible workers at the drive through. i’ve gone here multiple times and i ask to use 25 stars and i always get “you don’t have enough stars for this drink” half the time the people at the drive through seem high and cannot listen. my drink tasted like pure chemicals and thankfully they gave us a refund but most likely won’t be returning.

I have visited this location regularly over the past 6 months. Unfortunately, today is the last time. Being served by people who hate their job & their customers reeks. The contempt and hatered for a $7.00 cup of coffee (that tasted like watery decaf) isn’t worth the energy.
