I had a really good experience with barista Daisy. She was so kind and had great customer service. I ordered a drink with strawberry purre, which was 100% my fault when it turned out bad and she made sure I got a new drink that tasted better. 10/10 experience

Dakota the employee said she doesn’t feel comfortable serving me. Because she decides to handle the trash before serving me ,so now she doesn’t want to serve me because she only washed her hands like a little kid when she is and employee and didn’t wash her hands for more than 3 seconds how did the soap wash off ,at least get as close to 20 seconds as possible , wear gloves or something

This place is usually very good to stop in at for a quick drink if you’re on the run. Today the drive thru was busy and has a line of larger vehicles in it so I had to wait to move forward to access the speaker. When I was able to pull forward I hadn’t even the hood of my car by the speaker when they started speaking and sounded agitated. When I stopped, I politely explained that I had just gotten to pull forward to access the speaker and I was able to place my order. They didn’t ask if I wanted room for cream, etc. I got to the window and upon seeing that I was using a card, the person inside thrust a card reader at me which I nearly dropped. This caused me to hurt my shoulder. My drink arrived with “Wow!” written on it and I had to ask for a copy of my receipt and received a snarky reply. Thank you for reaffirming why I only tip cash for excellent customer service, and only after service is rendered.
Here’s what your staff doesn’t understand: tipping is a privilege, not a right. It’s for above and beyond service, not for doing less than the bare minimum of job requirements. A $3 cash tip might have made them happy, but it’ll go to someone who treats their customers with respect and dignity from beginning to end. I am aware the speaker systems are dreadful but I’m not your staff’s punching bag when they get frustrated with it or other customers. I drank enough of the drink so you can see their marker comment.

These guys spoil me! I made sure to stop in for my birthday drink and it looks and tastes very delicious. I always warn them that my drink is a mouthful to order but they get it right everytime! Its a grande caramel frappuccino, 4.75 pump on the frappuccino roast. Double blended 2%, caramel sauce inside the cup and on top, no whip! So tasty!

Service is always incredibly fast and friendly, however, for the past few months anything I order with an alternative milk arrives as an emulsified mess, and has a lack of creaminess/sweetness. I went to a downtown location last week and I was absolutely shook at the quality difference, especially considering the same ingredients should be used at both spots. Either the alternative milks are not being kept at proper temperature at this location, or the baristas are not putting full effort into the drinks my partner and I get every week. Drinks shouldn’t look like this while in the parking lot.

This is a nice little location with pleasant outdoor seating, good wifi connection, a variety of indoor seating arrangements and friendly employees. They were out of several ingredients for the refresher drinks, making this really a 4.5 out of 5, so I had an iced passion tea, which I enjoyed more than I probably would have enjoyed the other. I also had the bacon sausage wrap, served hot and steaming. It includes eggs and pitatoes inside a flaky crust. They were mildly busy, but prepared my food quickly. It is the perfect place to sit and work or chat.

I go to the this Starbucks at least three times a week. Most of the time they do amazing at their job, and I appreciate them so much! The last couple times I’ve gone They have gotten my order wrong. I am lactose intolerant (I order oatmilk) and multiple times i’ve seen them put regular milk in my drink and on the cup It says 2%. Today I ordered a turkey bacon cheddar, egg white sandwich. I took a couple bites and found there was no turkey bacon or no cheddar and it was just egg white and bread. kind of disappointed with how expensive it was.
