Atmosphere was a vibe. Waitress was amazing very attentive and sweet. The food however was interesting. The chips and salsa were different for me it had a sweetness to it. The fish and shrimp were okay a little salty but the portion was great. The fish and shrimp pasta was good but the fish was a little salty and the shrimp had a like hint of sweetness.

Nice place to enjoy food and drinks with friends. Great if you are into sports and want a nice sports bar and grill. Customer service was great. Our server was very kind and informative. She kept our drinks full without asking. I would go here again to enjoy a meal with friends. The smashburger amd Buffalo chicken was good. The French fries were good as well. Definitely a STEP UP from what this place was before bought and upgraded. A much better improvement for the colony and its citizens. Thanks Michael Irving!!! ENJOY!

My fiancé and I really enjoy coming here. We’ve been twice now and both times were great. We especially loved the fish and shrimp basket; the fries are delicious, and the fish and shrimp pasta is also a favorite. The drinks are well-made, and the music adds a fun, upbeat vibe to the atmosphere. Looking forward to coming back again!

We stopped here while on a trip to TX. We heard so much about this place but wasn’t really amazed. Parking is okay. Location is okay. Place is big enough but not much of a crowd. You take for ever to sit and then to be waited on. The drinks are quit expensive for a watered down drink. Food was okay had better. It really was more hype than anything. It’s sad such a big location and a big name yet seems they need better management to bring out the crowd and entice people to spend their money here.

We went on Saturday night for my husband’s birthday and when we first got in the sat is at the back table by the pool table. My husband stopped a waitress and asked her who was going to be our waitress and she said it’s only three of them! We was shocked on a busy night like Saturday night and you only had three waitresses. Then my husband took it upon himself to move is to the bar 45 mins later. We sat there and the bartender asked us what did we want to drink she then gave us a menu. We begin to order husband orders double shot of Hennessy and I ordered the blue drink in the pictures below. The drinks were great! My husband ordered the catfish and shrimp pasta his food came out 45 mins before mine as well. His food was immaculate and tasted great! Finally my plate arrived an hour later! I had hair on the side of my plate so I asked her to send it back to the kitchen and remake it. That plate came out 30 mins later and the shrimp was horrible they tasted like rubber the chicken I couldn’t even cut it with that butter knife they gave me. I basically think they just took the hair out of the plate and placed it in the warmer and brought it back out to me!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!! So disappointed! Again this was my husbands birthday. My sister in law ordered fried pickles and they told her an hour later they were sold out! Listen I don’t even know if this will be read but this is a nice spot but hire some more people and make sure you serve people with food that is decent food this was horrible! Let’s not even get into the ladies room. No toilet paper and the first stall was stopped up! Told someone he has the manager with a pink shirt all he did was control the volume on the TVs! Horrible!

This place was amazing. Awesome sports bar the food was I had the fish and shrimp over dirty rice. I highly recommend. Great blend of seasoning and a lil slice is always nice. Also Playmaker was there and was a pleasure to meet. He was nice and went out and met everyone inside and took some pics. I will definitely go back whenever I’m in the DFW

It’s hard not to cheer for this bar. Even though I’m not a Cowboys fan, this place was happening. Michael Irvin himself was there and was oh so nice. He even allowed me to park our cowboys themed challenger car by his Bentley and took pictures with the car and myself. As for the rest of the evening while enjoying the home run derby the bar staff was very attentive to us and everyone else. The food was delicious and was very generous on their portions. We’ll definitely return and will bring our entire car group DFW Mopar Misfits & Mopar Royalty. We’ll all show up and show out for Playmakers 88

So me and my sister went on Wednesday July 24th. We werent sure what to expect since we could not find a menu online. We were greeted at the door very nicely and seated by the gentleman. Our waitress came over after a few minutes took our appetizer order and drinks. Didn’t take that long, we then placed our chicken pasta orders (we both got it). Food took about 30 mins to come. She then came back and gave us PLASTIC ware…..yes plastic. Also not served any napkins with our meal. I know this is a bar BUT you have 50 tvs in this joint and your net worth is 12 million. Plus your charging 19$ for one of your cocktails. SERVE REAL SIVLERWARE. We decided to put our check together then just spilt it with our cards…..it came with an automatic 18% gratuity already added….(pic) so now your waitstaff is getting ripped on their tips and now also getting taxed on said tips. I did bring it up to her and she said it’s been a problem since opening and even happens on a single check. We also went to the restroom.was not impressed. Just basic. And the faucets looked old and rusty. This is a NEW bar. Overall the food was good, staff was friendly but I will not be back.

• Fries: The fries were old and tasted like they had freezer burn. I asked for a fresh batch, which they provided, but unfortunately, those were also disappointing—still tasting as if they’d been sitting under a heat lamp for too long.
• Chicken: The breaded Cajun dry rub wings were a disaster. The first batch was overwhelmingly salty—by far the saltiest chicken I’ve ever had. The cook came out to explain that the rub doesn’t contain added salt, which didn’t make much sense since most seasonings include salt. The second batch wasn’t salty but had no Cajun flavor left—just greasy wings with a bland taste.
Drinks: I was shocked to be charged $15 for a single drink, especially when there were only two of us. The added gratuity felt excessive, particularly since we weren’t there during late hours.
Service: The bar manager was exceptionally friendly, articulate, and made an effort to take care of us. I also appreciate the cook coming out to address our concerns, but the food itself was subpar.
