Coffee was good. Customer service could have been better if I was a regular I guess. The coffee I ordered was not carried by this Starbucks. And when I was waiting for my coffee I the woman was very talkative to the people behind me I’m guessing the regulars, and when the lady made a fresh drop coffee that I thought was mine I was stepping towards the counter to grab she reached around and and gave it to the guy who ordered after me then proceeded to make my drink. Kind of rude I thought but I guess this is how Starbucks operates.

Dope spot. Ambiance is on point. Very nice place for a special night or even quick lunch with friends or coworkers. Service is amazing & fast, Alex was the best. It showed he enjoys work & talking to people. I ordered the drink, sex on the beach, it was great. It had a different flavor than I’m used to but I enjoyed that. I also ordered the Chicken Fettuccine which was delicious, serves 2. Really worth the time to stop in. Check it out for yourself. Only regret, was not taking photos of our dishes & drinks.

I love Starbucks, I mostly stick to local coffee shops. Yesterday I got a peppermint frappe, it was picture perfect. Today I went back and got one and the guy left out the chips, less whip cream and the drink was just off a bit. The place is still awesome, all coffee places are a hit and miss (for me personally)

Horrible service. Rude employees. Drinks are over blended. They always forget something in your order. They never have the whole menu either. Also Molly from Safeway is the rudest person alive I don’t know how she still has a job!

I’m am disappointed with the service I received on my only and last visit. Firstly, staff wasn’t very friendly and more preoccupied with gossiping amongst themselves. Secondly, my order was incorrect. No I didn’t ask for them to re-make it, I didn’t want to interrupt them. They handed me the drink and walked away. I asked for sweet cream foam, instead they filled my cup with heavy whipping cream.

We came because we had a Starbucks gift card and was grossed out. Both employees put their fingers in our cups when they grabbed them to prepare the drinks. They handle money and don’t wash before handling food/drinks.

Wasted a lot of my time… came for a frap with a dbl shot…finally took my order after talking.. didn’t start it until after their conversation about other coffee shops and redbull. Asked me twice if I wanted whip cream I said no both times…proceeded to give me whip… apologized and took it off. ..tasted my drink realized there was no added expresso in it after I tasted it once I’d walked away…so went back. Finally got my drink correct. I think they need some supervision.

Absolutely Terrible. The two guys who worked there sucked. They weren’t wearing gloves, their masks were on their chins. Then not a single drink was made correctly. So disappointing. Who ever runs that starbucks obviously doesnt follow guidelines.
