I ordered a frappuccino, the same one I get alllll the time, it tasted like watered down coffee, totally melted, I did not leave the store if you’re curious. I have never asked for my drink to be remade but this one was so gross, and I know Starbucks has good policy’s so I worked up the courage to ask for it to be remade. She told me they can’t remake it sorry, that it was correct, kept telling me what the drinks ingredients were, anything but remaking it. Like I don’t order it all the time. And keep in mind she wasn’t even the one who made it. I was trying to explain to her that it’s no good and if they could please remake it, she would not. I wasn’t going to argue nor hold up the line and make a scene. If my fiancé wasn’t such a coffee monster I would have just thrown it away. Sadly I did not get coffee that morning. I even ordered a size larger than normal because I really needed it. This is from a bit ago but I regretted not leaving a review because I’ve never had such an experience at Starbucks, it’s always a great experience usually. I originally also never got her name because she was so calm and confident with her answers I thought maybe they had a policy change. Texted a manager I know and they said absolutely not and that it was crazy haha. I hope by now management at this location has gotten better.

I ordered thru the mobile app and picked up my food through the drive thru. When I got home to do some work and eat my breakfast with my coffee I ended up running into a disappointing outcome with my order.
As I was eating my Turkey,Provolone & Pesto on a Ciabatta I ended bitting into what felt and looked like Raw dough, I did not finish my food and threw it away. On top of that my Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew was good, but as I was drinking it, the coffee kept dripping out of the cup due to the lid, I don’t know if it was broken but it didn’t seem to be. It unfortunately dripped onto my white shirt and added to a poor start to my day. Usually Starbucks is good, and I am not hating on them. But unfortunately today was my rating day for this location. I will continue to eat at Starbucks locations but I was definitely disappointed this morning.

This Starbucks in Ellensburg is our go-to spot whenever we’re on a round trip to Spokane. Honestly, it’s better than most locations around Seattle. The baristas here are friendly, professional, and quick with your order. The drinks are consistently great, which keeps us coming back every time.

Visited this Starbucks, located right off the main road. The parking was a little full the Drive through was busy. The inside had beautiful decor and some amazing paintings. The service was good only constructive feedback is if a customer orders a drink and they don’t hear their order for some odd reason, walk it to them? Typically in other Starbucks they walk it right over. The Goal is always to go above and beyond. On another note my coffee was extremely bitter , under the tables there was some straw rappers and a bit dirty. Bathrooms were clean tho, overall my visit was a 4 star, work on the opportunities above to go for the 5!

Tried to get coffee before I got to work. They open at 4:30 am (showed up at 4:40 am) and had an open sign lit up. Waited at the drive thru speaker for about 10mins with no response. Pulled up to the window and there were 3 workers there cleaning up behind the counter. When one of them finally noticed me, they told me they were not open yet and will be open at 5:30 am and practically shooed me out of the drive thru.

Terrible customer service! The barista was painfully slow and clearly inexperienced. They completely messed up my order. I asked for a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino without whipped cream, and instead, I got a concoction of water, ice milk, and whipped cream. Absolutely unacceptable!

Workers seemed very stressed out. I was the only person in the store and ordered one thing. It felt like the workers wanted me to leave and that I was inconveniencing them. They seemed like lovely people, so I am just wondering if there is a lot of pressure from the management of this store.
