The staff is always welcoming, the food is consistent, and my order always comes out in a timely manner. My favorite is mobile ordering a few minutes away and quick pick up in drive through. My go to drink is a brown sugar shaken oat milk espresso with vanilla cold foam and Double smoked bacon.

I am from the Cle Elum area and travel over there quite a bit. I don’t know what’s changed over the last year but Employee seem happier, things seem to run smoother and we really had a great visit today on our way through town! At around 3:40pm, my sister went through the drive-thru and asked for a Cookie Crumble Pumpkin Frappuccino, which she has ordered before at the Ellensburg Starbucks. The barista responded in a rude tone with “excuse me” and then said, “how do you expect me to make that.” This was extremely upsetting and made my sister cry. She was just trying to order a drink and did not deserve to be treated that way. The barista had curly hair and a piercing.
