I had an amazing dining experience at Dragon Sushi in Palm Desert! From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. The menu offers an extensive variety of sushi rolls, and everything we ordered was fresh and beautifully presented.

Have been coming to dragon sushi for a while now and the service has definitely gone downhill. From the start asked for a high chair to our server delaney waited more than 5 minutes decided to get up the other server noticed and asked if we needed something I once again asked for a high chair appetizers came but no plates or napkins were brought. Server didn’t check in on us at all we needed refills and had to get up once again another server saw us and got the refills. I understand restaurants get busy but that was NOT the case only one other table with 2 people was there.

Great place to eat sushi! The spicy garlic edamame is the best. Our favorite thing to eat are the gorilla brains and the mango tango roll. Both very delicious! Would recommend this place!

Everything was super tasty! The spicy edamame was delicious. We had several specialty rolls, our favorite being the ‘dangerous girl’ or the ‘salmon lover’. The tempura was excellent and service was friendly. We will definitely be back.

Loved the sushi rolls here, my favorite. They have a food selection of drinks and plenty of different types of food. The music is a little different than the usual Japanese places, but overall a great atmosphere and a fun place to go. We went on a Saturday night early and git a table straight away, but by about 7, there were people waiting for a seat, so get there early.

Arrived at 6pm for the All You Can Eat Wednesday. Placed our first round of sushi, no check ups for nearly 30 minutes our waters running low like 1/4 left, I placed our second round and the paper sat on my table for another 10 minutes before they finally got back around to pick it up meanwhile waters empty and they come to ask “anything else I can get you” … yes water please… then they remained empty (until 6:58pm). $108 dollars later and we’re still waiting for our second order as I write this (7:04pm) if it didn’t risk getting charged for the food we ordered we’d have walked out already.
Hoping it was just an off day for Dragon Sushi, but I won’t be returning to find out.

Always great sushi here. So many options and they are all fantastic…. The presentation of the food is spectacular. It’s often busy Friday and Saturday nights so there may be a wait…. Try booking ahead to avoid the delays.

Dragon Sushi is outstanding! Danny, the itamae, puts so much skill and passion into every roll. I had the freshwater eel roll and the salmon roll — two classics, but here they taste absolutely exceptional. The eel was tender and flavorful with just the right glaze, and the salmon was fresh, buttery, and perfectly balanced. You can really tell the difference when someone with true expertise prepares even the simplest rolls. Highly recommend this place if you want top-quality sushi made with care!
