Drive thru service was friendly during order taking, however I noticed them hand my drink to the person in the car before me. 15 seconds goes by & the person hands back the drink (did they sip it & realize it wasn’t what they ordered?). I pulled up to receive my drink & there it was. He goes to hand it to me & I asked if that was the one those folks in front of me just headed back. He said “yeah, my bad. I’ll make ya a new one”. He took it back out of sight for less than a minute, claiming he made a new one. I knew better, I threw it in the trash.

I legitimately will drive from Selah to this place because it has been such a great service place for my wife and I (teachers) for so long. **this is not a rip on the one in Selah, they’re great too** For years now this place has consistently had the most patient, caring, and knowledgeable people making and serving our drinks at the window. Even today our server amazed me with the degree of care and consideration in my order. Bravo team. We will always be here for you and recommend this particular Starbucks above all others.

I placed an order online early in the morning and arrived at the designated time for pickup. When I got there, the staff member was extremely rude. Instead of helping, she snapped at me, saying, “Next time, give me more time”, and mentioned that “the app says when to pick up.” Her tone was completely uncalled for. This kind of attitude is unacceptable. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority at this location. I won’t be returning, and honestly, if this is how they treat paying customers, they shouldn’t be in business. Maybe lay off the coffee during shifts it might help with the attitude.

Ordered a oatmilk shaken espresso, the oatmilk was either spoiled or the carton not shaken because the milk was clumped at the bottom. I asked the barista to please remake it, it looked exactly the same and she kept telling us to just stir it. I couldn’t bring myself to drink it and just asked for a refund.

I really appreciate the typical Starbucks friendliness. But I have to take my time to write a negative review which is very unusual for me.
I went to the drive-thru to get one latte and I was busy on my phone dealing with an emergency. The girl puts out the reader for me to press for a tip and I told her no tip just press it yourself please. She got so upset that she stomped off and a very friendly man came over and had to redo my whole order for one latte.
He had no problem to press the reader. I asked if I could speak to the manager about that girl’s ridiculous attitude and a lady named Emma came over and said she was the current supervisor but not the store manager. I told her what happened and she said well the headset is so complicated and she’s new that that probably was the problem. I said that was not the problem and if the headset is too complicated for her to remain polite then maybe this is not the job for her to be in customer service at Starbucks. I asked if she was going to speak to her about her attitude of just stomping off, and she basically made it seem like no she wasn’t going to do anything. I asked if she could relate this to the store manager and she basically said no.
I got to the parking lot and figured my only recourse was to do a negative Google review and I called and got Emma from the parking lot and told her I was going to do a negative Google review because I didn’t feel like she was going to do anything about that girl’s horrible attitude. I asked what the girl’s first name was and she refused to give it to me. So ridiculous! So I told Emma that I was going to do a negative Google review on both of them and that’s what I’m doing.
Very disappointed with the young girls snotty attitude and then stomping off and then Emma not acting like she was going to do anything about it. I hope the store manager sees this review. It’s the only way I could let them know that this girl needs some remedial training immediately.
