I’m a truck driver so I don’t fit into this restaurant parking lot so I parked at the Walmart and walked to the restaurant 34° outside after 20 minutes they still could not have made me a all-American Smashburger a small tater tot and a small Coke zero after 25 minutes I just asked for a refund because I was freezing my butt off because it was 34° and windy outside. The young lady tells me that they’ll put the money back on my card and I should see it sometime next week do better if you can’t make a burger and tater tots in under 25 minutes you’ve got some serious internal problems not to mention the three orders from drive ups that I watched that were messed up or had to be redone

Don’t go to this Sonic. Ordered one Rainbow slushee and waited 20 minutes. Had to leave because we couldn’t wait anymore. Couldn’t get anyone to come to the window to get our money back. Not another soul in the drive thru. 5 workers inside and none making a thing. Horrible service.

I will never go yo this business again. I pulled up to the window to order 2 slushies. As I was trying to place my order, the lady at the window decided to literally scream at me `What do you want? I let her know there was no reason for her to scream at me, and I would just take my business else where. Dairy Queen was sure nice to us.

This was the nastiest sandwich i ever ate. The bacon was so old and black not even fresh. If i could give no starts i would. The lettuce was bunch of stems. And the chicken was old as well. Just sorry for the amount of money you spend nowadays. And i work in the fast food industry so i Know what fresh looks like and what’s old. The cashier was awesome and nice. But that’s about it.

First time back at Sonic in quite some time. Complete waste of $20. Ordered two grilled cheese sandwiches which were so greasy and flaccid they went directly in the garbage. Tater tots were cold and also waterlogged with grease. Mozzarella sticks were edible – we ate them and drove to Pizza Hut to obtain some real food.

Should definitely rename your establishment Sonic Drive-Thu, not Drive-In. We used to enjoy rolling up in or Rangers and eating Supper before going riding. For over a year now, we pull up in a space, push the button and all we get is “drive-thru only.” Food is hit-n-miss, when we order, as well. If I wanted “Drive-thru”, I’d go to Burger King. Always blows my mood when I hear “drive-thru only”. Just no customer service anymore. Sad

Today (Thursday, July 24, 4:30 pm) I experienced an unfortunate exception to the normally friendly and courteous service at Sonic. At the drive-in window i was shorted 1 dollar in change. I brought the error to the attention of the cashier (a short, black young woman–not Abbey) who promptly corrected the error by giving me a dollar. Problem was, she did not apologize or act embarassed, but rather was smug & unsmling, giving me the impression that she was upset from being caught. I love going to Sonic and feel friendship vibes with Rose and Abbey and others. Today was unusual.
