This is the messiest most disgusting starbucks I’ve ever been to. Tables full of boxes and products. Bags of garbage in the dining area and dirty dishes on the counter. The floor looks like it hasn’t been swept in days. Definitely off my list of go to stops on I-90.

Their drive thru is a little hard/complicated to get in. Their parking lot is also small/limited and may be hard to navigate through if you are a beginner driver. Overall, baristas are nice.

As for a salted caramel mocha hot lady don’t even know what it was she said it was foam not what I wanted I took it anyways paid for it when I got to my car. I noticed that there was only half a cup full and the rest is cold foam definitely was not happy, but oh well my friend asked for something warmed and before the lady had even pushed the button in the other girl had already given it to her, so she didn’t even know that it had to be warm. I don’t know. They just don’t seem to know what they were doing at the Starbucks never been to a Starbucks that works like that it just looked like it was chaos back in the back.

I stopped at this Starbucks twice, and both times the white male barista gave me the wrong order. These drinks aren’t cheap, so accuracy is important. The staff should focus more on customers and less on chatting with
