Dude! Is it that hard to make a good Carmel brûlée latte? While I realize I can have them remake my drink… I was already on the freeway heading to work when I tasted it. Hardly any little crumbles on top of the whipped cream. The drink was sour tasting… serving me a “dead shot” is not cool! Gross!
While I don’t like leaving any bad reviews… come on Starbucks Rochester…. Do better!

This was a beautiful and cozy Starbucks! The staff was very friendly and kind. All of our snacks were warm and tasty. They have games too and lots of merch and Togo items. Really clean bathrooms, so glad we stopped here to treat ourselves!

I was up in Grand Mound for a DOC training this week and stopped in here each morning. This is very close to the freeway and to great wolf lodge, it was easily accessible. I went into the lobby each morning which was very clean and I had fast service. Highly recommend the spinach feta egg white wrap or the bagel with cream cheese.

I went through drive up at 1:29 Sunday. The drinks were great as usual. The problem was the girl at drive up window. Acted like she was having a very bad day. Not friendly

Nice quick stop between Seattle and Portland. The staff is friendly and the restrooms are clean. They can be crowded sometimes but they have always been quick.

I really like this Starbucks. Nice friendly staff. Not used to someone saying your name after you pay. Quite different, but brings in added touch to customer service. Even got a friendly goodbye as i was leaving and so did another customer.

Specifically asked for the pound of coffee to be coarse ground for a French Press; I get espresso dust. Waited 10 minutes for a sandwich when you just set it down and didn’t call my name. Nice attitude. I want my $21.18 back.
