Took 10 minutes to get a drip coffee inside with nobody in front of me. Customers were the last thing on the staffs mind. Insisted I stand in a particular area and wait, while they chat with each other & make fun of a customer that came and left after me without getting anything. Staff need to be kind & respectful. After all this they poured a 1/3 of the cup with cream, when I had asked for a splash. Then snarkley said oh do you want me to make another one, no as Customers we just want you to listen & be kind!

I love stopping here. Sweet baristas who are respectful and fast! Quick. One of them also gave me an enamel pin to celebrate pumpkin spice’s 20-year anniversary! It made my day. I get Frappuccinos, usually caramel white chocolate mochas, definitely worth it.

I go here almost everyday, and I the baristas are always friendly, cheerful, and kind. They handle orders efficiently and work like a well oiled machine. Even if I’m not getting coffee that day and just play on my laptop, they are still friendly and don’t treat me like a nuisance. Recommended.

If you are wondering how this Starbucks compares to others you’ve been to I’d say above average. You can always be sure the coffee will be what you expect, but this one is more spacious and orderly. Good place to recharge between Seattle and Portland.

For such a busy location the customer service remains at a high standard so far. My drink and food orders are always correct. Only problem is that they often run out of certain food items early, but this seems to be an issue at most Starbucks stores.

I rated this 4 stars because the some of the workers don’t know what their doing and even though Starbucks is liberal I really like the Caramel frap. And I would totally recommend the caramel frap.
