It is far too often that my 20 oz mocha is less than 16 oz. This is the ONLY Starbucks I’ve been to where I repeatedly feel like they are pinching pennies and ripping me off… this is my coffee less than 5 minutes after ordering. The staff is nice and always corrects the mistake but the inconvenience of already being half way to work before I notice is a disappointing way to start my day… CHECK your drink BEFORE you leave.

This is the Starbucks my husband and I hit every weekend.
This is the third time we have placed an order for pickup and they don’t make the coffee the way we specified and paid for.
And I feel like a pain when I ask them to fix it so I don’t anymore.
Just frustrating when we are paying $15 for coffee that isn’t what we ordered.
In the picture below you will see we asked for caramel.. no Carmel at all.
Time to find a new coffee place.

This is a pretty good Starbucks. It can get very backed up and the wait time can take forever. The drinks are usually great and the staff has been nice every time. Outside can smell awful, like sewage. Pretty deterring when you can smell it while waiting in line in the drive thru or walking inside.

The app used to have a bunch of deals and offers. now I can go months without getting any special rewards or offers. I am not the person that goes to Starbucks everyday. I only go when there’s a deal that makes it worth it. for the first time ever, I had stars expire because I have not used the app enough. Now everything costs more and you get less

Went to get a venti cold brew with extra vanilla sweet cream cold foam and Carmel in the cup and on top and it couldn’t be done twice won’t be going back here extremely disappointed ruined my girlfriends birthday morning surprise. Guess I will have to find somewhere else to spend my money.

Went through the drive-thru, which was quick as usual. But after paying, we were given drinks with the cups not even full, and the green tea frapuccino tasted like water. Was in a rush, so we couldn’t go back to get it fixed. Quality of this place has declined.

Used to be one of the best Starbucks. Used to never mess up my drinks here unlike the others that always do them wrong.
