My dad and I took the drive-thru option today. Service was good but my drink was not what I ordered and I discovered that sometime after driving away. I ordered a large matcha latte. (I have been drinking unsweetened matcha for over a year; I know how it tastes.) I didn’t ask for sweetener and the cashier and didn’t ask. However, after receiving our drinks and we drove away, I tasted A LOT of sugar! I only drank half and had to throw the rest away. I got a headache and became grumpy because there was SOOO much sugar in that drink. Moving forward, I will taste test before driving away but please ask before you assume I want sugar; which I NEVER do.

I don’t recommend this place. I felt discriminated against. The person that told my friend and I, that we can’t be “in here”, her name is Hope. What I noticed is that this other lady told here about us. Mind you we where just sitting at a table waiting for a friend. This is the only thing we were doing. We where not even in there for 5min and she kicked us out. I’m a daily consumer of the drinks from Starbucks but from here on end I don’t feel welcomed and I am no longer going buy at Starbucks. #Discrimination.

I went to the drive thru to just order 6 pumps of pumpkin sauce in a tall cup. I ordered it before at another Starbucks store and they kindly charged me and gave it to me. However this one was telling me they couldn’t do it and that I had to get a shot with it. Greedy much. Pretty much forcing you to order something else and not want you want.

My 4 year old son was almost denied bathroom access because my wife hadn’t purchased anything yet. My wife told them she doesn’t want to have to bring food or drink into the bathroom and that was enough to let my son use it. Other than that, oh and they are always in a hurry when we’ve used the drive through, but other than that, at least they don’t mess up my drink.
