Consistently under pours nitro cold brews. Only getting 12oz.
I have been documenting this to show a consistent problem. I have brought it up many times and they take the cup and fill the rest of it up.

The shift manager Amber needs more training on customer service. I went through today ordered 2 venti coffee’s and grande water. She handed me one grande and one venti (also made wrong). I stated the grande was suppose to be venti. I paid and waited. When she returned she told me I owed an additional 4$ for my upgrade. I expressed I ordered correctly and the mess up was on her end. She called me a liar and told me she could show me the receipt. At that point once you insult me I wasn’t paying nor was I leaving without the drink. She argued with me finally giving the drink saying next time I should order correctly. I go to Starbucks almost daily the amount of money I spend on coffee is ridiculous and not once during an order mess up have I ever been treated that way. To imply I was trying to scam a drink over a 4$ difference wow! Will never return to this Starbucks I’ll drive down to fife.

Ordered ice venti soy latte. They simply did not give it to me until I went through the line again and reordered. No contrition, it was as if they preferred i leave. Not busy. This place is poorly run. I think I bothered them. I thought I was kind. But the staff was truly oblivious to their negligence. I have lived in this town for 50 years, the disrespect of this business was epic level. Wierd. *******UPDATE, i have been back a few times, ONLY to the drive thru.. one time i ordered and got the entirely wrong drink. the other two were okay. This time, this morning i ordered the Venti iced soy latte with 4 stevia, the drink was good. The lady at the window was “short” with me, “glared” because my credit card did not “tap” immediately, and she exuded “hate”… This is NOT what i like in the mornings and it is why I frequent the local coffee stands instead of Starbucks. I am not “hated” there.

Made to wait, then they served people who came after us. Then they lost the order. Kid behind counter seemed not to care. Regret stopping, ordering, tipping, and definitely regret buying a holiday coffee for other patrons. They can keep the order.

There are several Starbucks locations in my neighborhood, but the staff at this one are especially friendly, and I always leave feeling great. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back again.
