I did a mobile pickup order here yesterday and got my regular sugar free vanilla protein matcha and cinnamon pull apart. I grabbed them off of the counter, went to my car, and drove off. As I took a sip of my drink, nothing came out. After pulling over and inspecting it, the drink was completely thick and solidified. Like cheese. It passed the blizzard test and looked curdled and sour. My cinnamon pull apart was cold, as if it were taken out of the freezer and just tossed on the counter. These were the worst food items I’ve ever been served in my 32 years and am scratching my head at how someone consciously put those out in good faith. The extent of how bad it was leads me to believe it was intentional. I regret not documenting it..

I am writing this review on behalf of my wife. She came there today with her friend and our kids, who are well behaved kids but can be a little loud when they are having fun. Some barista there in her 40s, brownish grey hair and facial piercings, decided she needed to walk up to my twin 3 year olds, not the parents. She walked up to them and said they are being way too loud and hurting everyone’s ears in the store, which was way over exaggerated. This would not have flew with me if I was there and lucky my wife has class. That was a disgrace from a Starbucks employee. We will never support this location again and will pass the word along of how my kids were humiliated in front of the store by this lady. This is a situation Starbucks needs to make right.

Ty or whomever was running The register on Sunday the 11th at 3pm and wearing the black beanie was extremely rude. Did not listen to my order and kept repeating something I didn’t order back to me. Got my partners order wrong and when we gave the drink back made us wait back through the line of customers before we could get our now corrected drink. I haven’t been to this location in years because of service issues and I will not be back

The Barista’s there are pleasant and friendly, who do their best and put smiles on our faces. Don’t forget the smile of the store Natalie, the store manager, in the picture of the edibly delicious food!
