It’s classic Pizza Hut! I had a pan pepperoni and salad bar like when I was a kid. Tasted like it always has (which is darned good to me with that greasy crust..mmmm). Salad bar is kinda lame, but you can’t really expect a loaded salad bar anymore since nobody really goes out to dine in.

They were out of their original pan crust on a Friday at 6:00 p.m. how do you run out of the original dough that made your pizza popular? How do you run out a pizza dough at all? It’s a pizza place. This is the problem with chain restaurants.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the Omak Pizza Hut, and especially to the manager, Jachin. He constantly goes above and beyond! For example today he took valuable time to help me place my order. He didn’t just hurry my along, instead he thoughtfully made sure everything was exactly to my specifications. It’s clear that he truly cares about product quality and customer satisfaction.
I’ve been in and around this location regularly, and one thing I always notice is how much happier, more productive, and more professional the staff seem when Jachin is there. His leadership and hard work really show, both in the service and in the food.
This manager provides the best possible Pizza Hut experiences a customer could hope for! Also thanks to the effort and dedication of the team there. Omak is lucky to have such a great crew serving the community!

We enjoyed our food stop very much. The pizzas were amazing and we especially enjoyed our server Leann who did an outstanding job. If all servers were like her, the restaurant world would be a better place. We would definitely come back! Greetings from the German/Canadian family with eight kids. 😉

We had a great experience tonight. Tori was our server and by far the best one yet. Very helpful, attentive, caring. Chatted with the kids and was patient with their ordering. She politely engaged them in conversation. Much appreciated. We didn’t have to ask for anything she had us squared away. I believe she helped us the last visit as well and she makes for a great dining experience. We ordered the box special, 2 medium one topping pizzas and pasta with cheesesticks and 4 sodas, all for $38/39. Great flavor, cooked right, cook time was decent. We even took some home. Great deal for a quick dinner.

If I could give less stars I would! Not only was our order wrong (placed it online when I was 10 minutes away)but when I went to pick it up I was literally asked 17 times the name on the order by the same person! I was told 3 minutes remained on the final item in my order and by the time it was done 20 minutes had passed and the rest of my food was cold. So disgustingly disappointed especially since this is the closest pizza place to where I live OVER AN HOUR AWAY! Thanks for the let down and wasted gas, learn to work on your customer service and listening skills!

The food was good. Service was good. However, the staff/employees or management stole money from our card. $20 to be exact. I left a cash tip of $10 that I personally handed to the waitress. My bill was $67.17 and my card was charged $87.17, which I wrote $0 in the tip section.
