Asked for light ice, got a cup stuffed with ice. Drive thru lady seems to be on her period. Been going here for years, today was the worst experience. Maybe gravity coffee needs a new daily coffee customer!

Pretty good food and drinks. Only issue is that they continue to fill the ice to the top of my venti cold drinks when I ask for light ice. Ice is such a scam. When I took the ice back out of my cup I was left with about a 12 ounce drink from one of my drinks. Seems to be the only location I been going to that does this. Little frustrating.
