i frequent many sbux, as i work for them, this is by far one of the worst locations service wise i have been to. the atmosphere and lobby were on par with every other location ive been to but the baristas were incredibly disappointing. i mobile ordered at 3:23 pm and didnt hear my order, not name, order called until 3:41. when i received my matcha it was 3/4ths foam which it should not be. i then went to the counter to please ask for a remake, had to wait 3 more minutes to speak to someone while there are 5 baristas on the floor. the gal i spoke to told me she couldnt promise my drink be remade to my standard, the sbux standard for matcha, and was hesitant to remake. after waiting 5 more minutes for a remake it came out the exact same way. im truly disappointed with this location, i hope the manger hold them accountable for their green apron service.

Pretty ok Starbucks but not the best one coffee is better than others close by. Food selection is limited. Their latte is good. I usually take the pumpkin spice at fall , half of sweet. Seating is limited I’m lucky this time. Took the corner and enjoy my own time. Charging outlet is available just bring your own charger. Parking sometime is busy. Nice place

I started coming to this location and I find the people who work here are friendly and work great as a team. It is a busy location but I have never had to wait more than a minute for someone to take my order. I enjoy coming here to get a coffee and be on my laptop.

I got my order 3 caramel fraps 1 moca and a sandwich, they asked if I needed a coaster and I said yes when she gave me the drinks I brought it into the car and the coster bent and 1 of the traps spilled all over my foot and they were so nice they gave me napkins , even wipes and since I gave them back the cup they even replaced my drink , their so nice! Definitely coming back!

We went today to get the new hello kitty cup drop and was told was sold out then the gal on my left who know the lady that was working there was checking out with not one but two different hello kitty cup. How ridiculous is that. Telling a customer it is sold out then sell it to people they know infront of that customer

Great location. Awesome staff.. I like this Starbucks because of the location, easy parking, service, quality and integrity of the employees here. Drive-thru is alittle slow so be mindful.

6/4 As I drove up, I noticed the Starbucks’ barista/cashier (manager?) communicating positively with the driver in front of me. From seeing their interaction, I knew I would receive great customer service and I did. I showed my brand new Happy Birthday e-card. It wouldn’t open up. I hadn’t set up Apple Pay. As I was reaching for another form of payment, the barista/clerk asked, “Is today your birthday?” I told her it was a couple of days earlier. “Well, it’s on us!” As I saw the other baristas with smiles on their faces, I said to myself, “I understand. They are working with a very positive, warm, kind leader who is positively impacting those around her—colleagues and customers alike. Kudos and thank you!
