Had a racist experience with the barista Ashlyn. She pretended she could not understand my mom when she was ordering and she kept mocking my mom with the way she was saying things while ordering. when we got to the window, she had complete attitude and did not want to give my mom the two pup cups that we had ordered and when she brought them out, they were genuinely filled less than 1inch with whip.
and on top of that the lid of the cup for my coffee wasn’t even well sealed so it made a mess all over my car.
The barista was white blue eyes blonde hair, who could’ve thought lol.
I’ve been here so many times by myself and i’ve never had this experience— i have always received full pup cups and drinks well sealed but I guess if you’re an English Second Language speaker with even the smallest accent, you aren’t allowed here.

I’ve gone to this Starbucks weekly for years but over the last few months they keep messing up the drinks. I keep going back as it’s the closest to the freeway and near my house but this is the 5th time I’ve had my order done incorrectly or taste like muddy water and worth a review.

I went here this morning to order a Lavender Latte. These pictures were taken AFTER I mixed the drink too. I went to go get a different drink, and the lady on the intercom seemed to have an attitude. As she told me “our barista on bar is really good!” Basically telling us they made the drink right and we were wrong. It would’ve been fine if you weren’t trying to gaslight the customers.

This is what I got when I order a no ice venti matcha with lavender cold foam: 1/4 cup of matcha, 1/2 cup of cold foam, and 1/4 cup of air. Service was very slow even at slow hours.

It’s very clean, not real noisy. I’ve been coming here for a year and here is what I’ve found. The staff are friendly to customers, but also friendly to each other. Probably good management. Also, plenty of parking, just off the 405, other places nearby

Starbucks claims they want to be your neighborhood coffee shop. But they blast the music so loud you can’t hear somebody right next to you. It’s impossible to have a normal conversation! It’s like being in a bar. I’ve asked to have the music level lowered. But the employees say corporate requires them to keep it a certain volume and they can’t change it. This store seems louder than others. But maybe because it is smaller. The coffee and food is standard. No different from any other store. Go south down the Bothell Everett Hwy a mile to Woods Coffee. They have better food, good coffee, at good music at an appropriate volume. My guess is Starbucks pump up the volume to drive people in and out fast for more profit, keep the bathrooms clean. However, the service here is always excellent!

Ok. On April 6th, my car battery died and a barista (blonde girl with glasses) helped me by giving me a jump and the team seemed very supportive! She delivered excellent customer service and went above and beyond in making the moment right. She def deserves special recognition from upper management.

Nice spacious Starbucks, sharing the wall with QFC. The seating area is pretty good and parking is shared with QFC. Service was quick.
