Love this place. It’s a solid option in the area, if not the only option. We’ve tried a few of their sandwiches several times since they’ve opened. Love the Original Big Chicken, the Ultimate, and the Cali. My daughter loves the kid chicken tenders. Crinkle cut fries and sauces are perfection. Portions are generous. If in the area, give this place a visit. You will not regret it.

Very good chicken sandwich with amazing flavor and good size for the price. Both the sweet potato and regular potato fries were nice and crunchy. I really enjoy the sauces they have on display, super good! Definitely try out the pineapple soda they have or even their amazing shakes. Staff is super friendly and inviting.

Been eyeballing trying “Shaq’s Chicken Spot” for quite some time. In short… meh. Wasn’t great, wasn’t bad. I think for the individual looking for a more “unique” chicken sandwich, this might suite your taste.
Food : The dunkers (chicken breast chunks) were good, well seasoned, crispy, and fresh. The sandwiches we got (Kenny the Jet & Shaq Attack) were both very interesting. Thought the slaw was a little too sweet and lacked some brightness. It also needed some more sauce, there was little to none. Overall, I’d recommend just going with the straight chicken options, unless you really like unique combinations.
Service : Fine, nothing exceptional.
Atmosphere : Clean, bright, and fun decor.

Still the same as last time we visited…AMAZING!
Except…no ice in the machine. But they didn’t mind filling it up behind the counter.
It was our daughter’s first time at Big Chicken and she agrees…the sandwiches were best! We differ on the fries though…so now her inheritance is gonna be much less than before the fryasco…
Consistently giving great tasting food thus far is a huge plus.

Shout out to Ian at this location. He was friendly and made us laugh while we talked about some menu options. The establishment has very crispy crinkle fries and chicken options that scratch the chicken itch. Very personable human experience to go with our to-go order.

The chicken sandwiches are delicious. We ordered the shaq attack, uncle Jerome’s, and a side of sweet potato fries ($26 total). Both sandwiches are supposed to be spicy but they were mild. I’d suggest 2 or 3 stars if you want a kick. The place is clean, spacious and bright. The only reason this was not 5 stars is the value. The sandwiches are good but they’re not $10 each kinda good. Overall, it was an enjoyable meal and I’d come back again.

The atmosphere was super cool. The service was point on the food was good. But being shack’s chicken Sandwich, you would think it would be bigger. It is smaller than popeye’s would eat there again. We just thought it was on the small side. Chicken was definitely crispy, definitely fresh. The French fries were cut cool and the dipping sauces were good

Every time I go into this Big Chicken location the staff are friendly, kind, and helpful. The food is Always hot and delicious.

Food was good, portions look a bit small but we definitely got full. Their ice cream machine was down so I was sad I wasn’t able to try their shakes maybe next time. Their chicken tenders are so good, will definitely get those again! Their bathroom is nice , the doors don’t have huge gaps in between like other places. Overall it was a good experience and good food!
