Didn’t passed the free tap water test. Cashier responded, “water is only for customers”. However, when asked if there’s a drinking fountain close by the cashier was quickly able to give me concise directions to the closest water fountain. That water was 3/5.

Terrible experience. I asked for a water cup and where the restroom was because I really needed to go to the bathroom and they denied me both because I had to make a purchase. The workers there are greedy and company is selfish, I recommend staying away from this store.

Update on March 3rd. They finshed their remodel bit ago and is nice.
Update to below. Visited in January 2019. They actually now introduced staff to call out names away from counter and better manage so random strangers are no longer touching cups. Good to know Starbucks is listening and acting on feedback. The following is from 2018 review: I actually like ladro coffee better nearby. This Starbucks is always so busy and you can never hear your drink called cause they don’t say name very loud and tons of people waiting for their coffee ends up with other strangers touching your cup to turn it and see if it is their coffee. Happens all the time. I only go here with groups of other people but when my choice there are better options nearby. Starbucks is overrated in my opinion.

I was sitting in the lobby of my office building which includes the Starbucks. I was sharing a snack with a coworker in the furthest corner of the Starbucks level, and there were maybe 15 open spots in the area. One of the workers came up to me and my coworker and asked if we were planning on buying anything. When I said no, she said the section was for Starbucks customers only, and told us we should move to the downstairs area if we weren’t planning on buying anything. The area is so big, and there was nearly no one there. And we were in the furthest corner possible from the actual Starbucks. Mind you, I am a frequent Starbucks customer, and sometimes I buy something and then leave, not utilising the space. So can I “cash in” on that space another time? It all felt ridiculous, unnecessary, and icky. It’s really turned me off from getting Starbucks from this location in the future. I would maybe understand if the seating area was super crowded, which not enough seats for actual customers. Or, at least put up signs saying that non-paying customers can’t sit in this certain area.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Starbucks. I was about to buy a coffee when I received a phone call. While I was on the call, an employee came over and told me to leave, saying that I hadn’t made a purchase. However, right next to me, there was someone eating a takeout meal from another place, and they were not asked to leave. When I questioned the employee about this inconsistency, they simply said they hadn’t noticed. This kind of unfair treatment is completely unacceptable. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and ensures that all customers are treated equally.

Rude employees always on their phone, she didn’t even put a lid on my drink- which is fine because I know starbucks corporate is making them do that, however she didnt even look at me and told me to go grab a lid behind me when there was lids right in front of her. She didnt even fill up my drink the whole way.

also the tall black haired male is super rude to me too i dont think I will shop here again after how rude they were to me. very disapointed, theres only one girl there thats nice to me but otherwise its just messed up, starbucks really has gone down hill.

I work in the neighboring building under construction and I eat lunch here every day. I used to work at Starbucks for 8 years prior and everyone I know that still works at starbucks and in surrounding stores have been (understandably) burnt out and lost their passion for coffee and even connecting with customers especially after Covid hit. I don’t know how this team does it but they are the exact opposite and always manage to stay warm and welcoming and keep everything tidy as well. Not to mention their service is quick despite how many of us construction workers can fill up the area! These are some really good people that put their all into their work/craft.
