This morning at 625 am I went through the drive thru and it was the worst experience. Ive been to this location many times before and had a pleasant experience. This morning the barista at the drive thru was extremely rude. It started when I ordered. She definitely didnt want to be at work. When we got the coffee it was watered down and she basically threw the food at us. It was definitely not a warm Starbucks welcome.

I charge my car next door at the Tesla charger and usually walk over while charging to grab a coffee. I always order via the app and arrived earlier than I normally do. Unfortunately, today I was left standing in the cold to wait for the drive thru customers to finish because the lobby doors were locked. The employee was very nice but informed me that they don’t unlock the lobby until 7 am. I‘m all for safety first, especially in this area, but please update the app to reflect the limited walk up hours or maybe consider a walk up window like other Starbucks have. It was very cold this morning.

This Starbucks is claiming to be a drive up only! But you can walk in and order? No bathroom available to your claims nor a chair or a table to sit at, what is then is point of allowing people to walk in to this fake coffee shop! You need to close your main door and leave your window open then people don’t get the idea that they can use the bathroom or maybe even enjoy the Starbucks for any reason you’re just about money not customer service.

I go to this Starbucks about 5 times a week. We have another Starbucks that is closer to where we live but we like this 1. Estrella always makes my wife’s Matcha perfectly. This is the first Starbucks that I’ve been to without a customer bathroom. The misuse of facilities caused them to close out. But you can carefully cross over the drive thru exit and a small parking lot driveway to use the one at The restaurant next door. Very nice staff!

I previously mentioned the accuracy of this location, but I was incorrectly charged for a free drink on Mother’s Day.
I placed the order inside with the barista, and she rang it up, stating that she had to process the free cold brew. However, it was deducted from my card, as shown in the photo below. As a result, I will not be taking advantage of the free cold brew offer again. I only took a couple of sips before stopping.

I recently discovered that this Starbucks location no longer provides a dining area for customers. Additionally, the restroom is locked and designated for “supplies only,” which I assume is for employee use only.
This is not a concern, however, as there is an alternative location across from Safeway, just up the street, where customers can sit, read, or use their laptops.
This facility is ideal for drive-thru or take-out purposes only.

This Starbucks location is my wife’s favorite, and it is also becoming mine.
The drive-thru staff consistently exhibits friendly demeanor, accuracy with orders, and expertise in preparing drinks to perfection.
My wife is a daily customer, ordering her usual:
1. Ice Quad Espresso in a Venti Cup, with 5 pumps of Brown Sugar and Salted Cream Foam.
2. Double Smoked Bacon sandwiches.
While different staff members prepare her drink, it is evident that they have received proper training.
The coffee is rich, the sweetness is balanced, and the Salted Cream Foam is exceptional. We both thoroughly enjoy the drinks and appreciate the friendly staff.
I highly recommend giving this location a try, as you will likely be impressed.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to the Starbucks Team Lead Shelby who went above and beyond today! Our car stalled in the middle of the road near the store, and without hesitation, she came out to help us push the car to safety. On top of that, she even offered us free drinks afterward. That kind of kindness and willingness to help isn’t something you see every day — she truly went out of her way when she didn’t have to. Starbucks is lucky to have someone like her representing the brand. Thank you so much for your compassion and generosity!

So ever since they had the remodeling done and they got this new group of people in there this place is way better I went there the other day to have a drink we made and they remade it until they got it absolutely perfect for me and they did it with a really good sweet attitude and with a smile you can say I left very very Happy . What has happened to customer service?
Not that I had an unpleasant experience but it’s like all the employees are emotionless. However, I did go up to the counter after I got my breakfast to ask for “the green hot sauce” and the young lady that I asked got very excited about that sauce and was sharing her thoughts about just how much she liked it too. Other than that everyone else was zombies.
