What really impressed me was how thoughtful and efficient the service was. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and was patient in answering questions. Drinks were refilled promptly, food arrived at the perfect time, and every small detail was handled with care. You can tell the team takes pride in making sure guests are comfortable and well looked after.
The hospitality feels sincere rather than scripted. Staff members check in at just the right moments, and any requests are handled quickly and with a positive attitude. It’s the kind of service that makes you feel valued as a customer, not just another table.
Combined with Red Lobster’s consistently good food, the outstanding service really elevates the entire experience. It’s a place where you can relax, enjoy your meal, and know that you’re in good hands. For anyone who appreciates warm, efficient, and genuinely caring service, Red Lobster is an easy recommendation.
Those biscuits were delivered as soon as we were seated. I know that the service staff want clients in the same section but when there are only a few diners, they do not all have to be at a few tables all clustered together.
As for food:
The scallops are the smallest things ever seen. The flounder comes in pretty curled wide strips that taste like any random white fish, such as tilapia. The popcorn shrimp are delicious but I think even more batter and less shrimp than they used to be.
However, the butterfly shrimp and shrimp scampi both taste like actual shrimp. Particularly the shrimp in the scampi.
Though I think the best tastes came first. The seafood stuffed mushrooms were absolutely delicious! After 3 they begin to taste too salty. I am sure this is by design.
Since it was one of the rare occasions that I could have seafood (my spouse being allergic) I appreciated the food greatly.
The decor still included the older brass lamps with the lantern shape at the top. I love those. The place is painted a bright light beige and in the far distance from our booth there seemed to be a lighthouse in the distance.
We ordered the steak and shrimp special for $30, fried kalamari and a couple side salads. I ordered medium and my gf ordered medium well. After a while the appetizer came which I was surprised about. The kalamari was no rubbery and the dipping sauce was really good. Once the entrees came out my gfs was swimming in blood (clearly not medium well). So after finally getting someone’s attention they took back the meal to cook a new steak, new mash and new lobster. Her food didn’t come out until I was almost done with mine. Defeats the whole purpose of eating together. The manager did bring out there refire, but didn’t offer an apology for the mistake, the wait, literally nothing. We were so disappointed in the flavors of the food it bummed out the whole experience.
The tab for 2 steak and lobster specials, 1 app, 1 pepsi and 2 side salads $80 something bucks. I I left a $20 for the tip since the waitress did check on us often and was pretty friendly. But for $100+ I would have rather went to an actual steakhouse if I am going to pay steakhouse prices without the steakhouse quality. No flavor, bland, underwhelming experience. The best part of the meal were the biscuits, but even those they bring out 3 at a time. Like those aren’t going to be gone in 3 secs than you have to wait for more right away. I will not be back.
You ever crack into crab legs and get so locked in that you start narrating it like a Discovery Channel special? “Here we see the North Dakota oilfield worker in his natural habitat, armed with a tiny fork and unreasonable confidence…”
By the time I was done, the table looked like low tide after a storm. Butter everywhere. Shell fragments scattered like I’d just won a coastal bar fight. For a brief moment, I truly believed I had earned a captain’s license.
And the scallops? Absolutely elite. Perfect sear, tender, didn’t taste like they’d been bouncing around the freezer since 2009. Those were the quiet overachievers of the meal.
Came in landlocked. Left feeling like a salty sea veteran with a butter addiction. 10/10 would fish again.
Also would like to say thank you to the back of the house team members as well great food.
Red Lobster has been a staple for many years throughout many states and cities and is a well-established restaurant great to see that Red Lobster is having great new menu ideas trending Concepts and modern and classical Cuisines come together.
I would like to highlight two team members that I came in contact with throughout my visit with my servers. Devyn – Von – these two ladies was tremendously with their Hospitality service all menu aspects.
Devyn what’s training Von and she did not miss a Beat throughout my dining experience that shows teamwork and Leadership skills throughout. Not always in today’s dining experience that your servers will still do table touches and communicate throughout your meal that shows a high level of compassion and professionalism throughout your dining experience.
I will truly give thanks and highlights to the front of the house and the back of the house.

The mariner’s Boil was okay, i would not get it a second time as it came with less food than anticipated (less food than the sailor’s Boil) and the tails where dry.
The sailor’s Boil was really good, pleanty of food and great flavor!
I normally get the snowcrabs legs when coming here which have always been a great choice!
