We came because we could trust Starbucks to have a restroom on our trip from Mt Rainier. They didn’t disappoint. We ended up buying a bagel, iced coffee and a wrap. Staff were friendly, fast and the cafe was clean and cool with welcome Aircon. Altogether a great experience and what I expect from Starbucks but haven’t always found in recent years. Visited the drive-thru at this Starbucks in Auburn, WA for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by how scenic it felt—maybe it was the overcast weather, but it gave off a peaceful vibe. The location has a calm, tucked-away atmosphere that’s different from your usual city Starbucks. Service was smooth, and the drink came out just right. Take a look at the view as it might just become your new go-to stop.

I’ve been visiting this location or ordering online through DoorDash intermittently for over three years. The quality of the drinks can be quite inconsistent. I’m not sure why the ice always seems to be melted, so I usually order a venti cup size but a grande drink with extra ice because I really need the ice in my coffee.

I’ve been coming here for years, but it’s time to write a review. I ordered my usual plain latte in the app and saw that the date was red cup day, where I could get a reusable cup. When I picked up my order and asked about the cup, the barista told me it was only for holiday drinks and offered to ring me up for one. I told her I can’t have sugar but thanked her for letting me know. (Side note: Starbucks corporate, when will you start offering sugar free options besides vanilla?) I was disappointed but understood, and sat down with my sandwich and coffee. (Side note #2: I usually don’t do this because the music is so loud, but that’s not part of this story.)
Next thing I knew she was coming to me with a free reusable cup! “It’s not fair that you can’t have sugar,” she said. That kind gesture made my day even more than the cup alone would have. Thank you M street Starbucks barista!

If you are expecting a “Starbucks” coffee, go to a different location. This location has a different standard and even make drinks different compared to most other location. They will be rude and tell you that it’s the Starbucks Standard and tell the customer that I’m wrong. Okay. In-store in super clustered and dirty. I guess that is also Starbucks Standard. There is a lot of starbucks around, so I would recommend them over this location.

The older gentleman at the window was unbelievably rude in all of his demeanor from start to finish; “what else? Come up?”. The barista that made my drink (although perfectly handcrafted) looked miserable and annoyed. When I asked why I was charged for Java chips in my Java Chip Frappuccino, I was made to feel ignorant for not knowing that “this is the way things are done now”. This left a nasty feeling in my soul about Starbucks. I’ve dealt with bad customer service in my life, but I certainly do not ever expect this from Starbucks – my spirit did not feel nurtured, or inspired. I’m sad and disappointed. I called to vent but hung up after the person who answered basically yelled “hello”. The food and drink were perfect

They messed up my drink, didn’t give me my third drink and were extremely rude when I mentioned that it was missing. There was no offer to make a different drink or effort to reconcile the situation. The person working the drive through was talking to their coworkers and ignoring me when I tried to ask about my third drink so I ended up leaving without it since they acted like it was an inconvenience that my order was wrong when they messed it up.

Just got my favorite coffee in a Venti (Caramel Cinnamon Cold Brew) and there was barely any cream on top….that’s kind of where all the flavor of the drink is… During the week, I get my drink and it’s perfect. EXTRA foam can’t happen on the weekend…
