Our first time at a shack ever and very disappointed! The food was very over cooked and sad tasting. I crunched on burnt pieces more so then actual meat. The hot dogs were burnt, dry, and rubber like. We set our pick up time and arrived maybe 5 minutes after receiving the text, and the women yelled across the room what is the name, handed us our stuff then shut the window. We were missing the ketchup and napkins I requested online and the shakes were melted and warm. I’m not sure when they received our order from my actual chosen pick up time, but the food and drinks were for sure sitting for a while. I wasted money, we ended up throwing out our food and going elsewhere to eat.

The food is overpriced a bit, but still the quality was amazing. The mushrooms burger was nice and crispy and the mushroom’s flavor want dominated. And the service is amazing the guy came over to us and was welcoming.

Over all great experience. Staff was great. Friendly and helpful. Burgers are well prepared. Care was put into building the burgers and plating the food. Fries are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. A little bit too much salt in the burger patty for my personal preference. Single patty is the way to go if you aren’t too hungry. The double patty is the hungry go to, but get extra napkins.

My first time ever to a Shake Shack!Burgers were solid. My husband and I both got singles with cheese. His was a bit wonky in build-toppins, meat hanging off the bun. That was my only negative. Taste, quality of ingredients, etc. were great. French fries were very good. Very satisfying lunch.

I have never ordered in person at a Shake Shack, but after going to the one by the mall I won’t ever again. the store was unsanitary, the staff was rude or throwing things playing games in the back instead of making the food and it took a while, aaand the price for portion size is ridiculous. 20 bucks for a burger and a drink?!? And the size of the burger was a joke, the size of a Jr burger anywhere else. I was still hungry after and got the same meal, but better quality and service from Burger King, a company that is low key getting better and better.

Overpriced plain ole cheeseburgers and outdated fries that were super dry. $7.50 for just a cheeseburger, no meal options, and the shakes were something my 5 year old would mix together with various kitchen stale fruit and frost bitten ice cream. Atmosphere was nice, updated eatery with promises of great never tasted before ingredients. Very clean, and the choice to eat outside was nice. Staff was super friendly and food was brought to you. Over all, I’ll buy a 1/4lber Deluxe and eat in my car:(

Food is decent and service is fast. I feel like my experience when it first opened was better than the second visit. The restaurant was empty except for three taken tables and I couldn’t find a clean table to use. I ordered a single smokestack burger, vanilla shake, fry, and 2 hot dogs- bill was around $30.

I specifically had such high hopes for this establishment rather than going to Applebee’s for a burger. Well … I asked for a med rare cheddar cheeseburger. “This establishment doesn’t have cheddar cheese” but the gentleman behind the counter gave me a scan code to request cheddar cheese at this establishment! The kiosks close by 4p, the drive up/pick up closes by 4-4:30p. Now for my burger~ the same older gentleman asked the cooks about a med-rare burger & would the burger be pink inside. They assured him it would be “pink”. Not only is this not pink, it looks like someone cut the burger in half and overcooked one side & didn’t bother to cook the other side! Disappointed from no cheddar cheese till seeing the burger. I even tried calling this establishment but it goes to voice mail.

Expected stuff like from a normal shake shack, but this location has a huge parking lot and it’s new so it’s got nice interior design and it’s clean, staff was really nice and hospitable during sept 2nd at 4:55pm, the only complaint I have is I come here like once a month and the kiosk tablet are literally always down. But besides that great stuff, good burgers for price $6
