First time having Shake Shack and it exceeded my expectations. We had it delivered through Uber Eats. It arrived quickly which I was surprised since it was Friday night. I pass this location everyday and have never stopped. It’s across from the Danbury Mall. The fries were ok. The burger was greasy and delicious, just what I needed that night. Onion rings were also good. Very crispy.

I think they have one of the best hamburgers for a fast food place. You can get everything customized. It is a few more dollars than McDonald’s. I do enjoy the atmosphere where they bring the food to the table nicely prepared.

Always love Shake Shack!!!! You can’t go wrong. I recommend getting cherry peppers on your burger. Delicious!! Also their mushroom burger is amazing!!! Great for if you want vegetarian but it’s just delicious even if you’re a meat eater! Great fries! And I just found out they have gluten free buns which I appreciate for all my gf friends.

My first impression upon entering Shake Shack was that the place was very clean and spacious. The ordering kiosk is on the right immediately after entering and it is super user-friendly. There is also a menu board above the kiosk. The kiosk allows you to easily customize toppings for your order including having your burger cooked well done.
The burger menu is extensive and unique compared to traditional fast-food outlets. In addition, the burgers are cooked from fresh meat not frozen, which I think makes a huge taste difference.
After placing an order, you can request takeout or dine. If you request dine in, take a table marker number and your meal is brought to your table.
My burger was cooked to perfection and was served freshly cooked on a soft hamburger bun.
The food was promptly delivered to our table after we completed ordering. I ordered the Smoke Shack burger with spicy cherry peppers, Applewood smoked bacon and Shake Shack sauce, which was unique and delicious.
The crispy crinkle cut fries were also excellent although they were warm and not hot fresh out of the fryer.
Shake shack is a cut above your traditional old line hamburger fast food outlets. One visit and you’ll probably be a customer for life, although it might take some effort to locate an outlet.
Although Shake Shack has been around since 2004, to my knowledge, there are only 8 outlets in Connecticut and around 515 locations worldwide, with almost 200 of them located outside of the United States.

Definitely my least favorite experience at this location.
Was not acknowledged at the counter, I waited for 3 mins before I spoke up to get my order taken. The teammate handling food literally picked up a tray liner that was on the floor and never changed their gloves.
There was 1 pleasant teammate. I absolutely understand working with ppl and food are definitely challenging. However when a patron is paying for a service whether it be apparel, food, anything in between; there’s a level of service that needs to be upheld.

I never never reviews, but I just wanted to take a minute out of my day to say there was a young gentleman working here who was absolutely fantastic. Busing tables checking in with guest to make sure they were satisfied, running food orders, and even whistling to the Christmas music playing. Whoever this gentleman is this establishment is blessed!

Disappointing and extremely over priced. Wouldn’t even call it a hamburger. It was a flat piece of meat. Absolutely nothing like the photo. We order 1 single truffle burger , 1 single bacon avocado burger, 1 order of reg size fries and 1 regular shake 1 small ice tea total $38.06 for a take out order your place yourself on kiosk Photos of what we ordered and photo of what we actually received.

This is the first and last time my family and I will eat here. Right after we ordered, the pin pad asked if we wanted to tip the workers who only took our order and gave us our tray of food. Why ask us to add a tip on top of overpriced food instead of paying your workers decently?
I ordered the Bacon Avocado Chicken and it was actually pretty good! However, my dad and brother’s food were FARRR from it. Just look at my dad’s burger… sad and pathetic. You’d think a place that prides itself on its burgers would do a better job. I know most fast food places’ food do not look like the pictures, but this difference was abysmal– we just got straight up catfished. Their burgers were flat and the edges were burned to a crisp. It’s like they took a normal burger and stepped on it before serving it to us. I’m so serious, my high school cafeteria makes better burgers than that. If you want my advice, I would go for their chicken and fries– do not order their nasty burgers.
AND to add insult to injury, it was all 50 dollars for 2 burgers, a chicken sandwich, 2 fries and a drink. What a joke.

I had such a pleasant experience at this facility. When I first walked in , I was greeted by an employee with the warmest personality . The food came out great and the service was on point . The employees and even the manager walked around and asked how the meal was. It was a treat to be here , would come again
