Very nice, early morning stop on the way to SoCal. The breakfast sandwich was fresh and hot. The drinks were hot also. Their bathrooms were clean. Great, friendly service. Nice stop not too far off of the freeway!

I don’t understand why but if I go to their store my everyday order NEVER tastes or looks the same as every other Starbucks- I live closer to this one but sadly it’s just not good enough for the money. I wonder seriously why such a difference. for example tonight I didn’t even have whip or Carmel drizzle- got extra sweet and so bitter I can’t drink it 🙁 this review is not to put down but maybe if they see it they can work on matching quality and recipes of other stores? – Pleaae

I came here almost everyday till recently. I get the same drink everyday and it’s never right. But the cherry on top was the other day I got my drink went to check it and there was a fly in it. They didn’t even apologize the manager was like “oh make her another one” . They make it again and push it to the front of the counter and it spills all over me. No one says anything the person behind the counter vanishes then reappears with a mop as I leave that person apologized but I was kind and understanding. Now, everyone makes mistakes and things happen but my concern here is that no one cared about my experience nor did they try remedy it other than making another drink. The manager on shift saw everything and said nothing to me. Not my favorite place atm. Just go to Dutch bros they at least will be nicer

There was two girls working one with purple and dark brown hair and one with blonde and black hair both were extremely nice and were amazing even wrote me the sweetest note which I needed to hear on my food bag this is the only Starbucks I love going to amazing and nice workers!

Employees were very upbeat and nice, even on Christmas Day. Other than the gal that I he the pleasure of interacting with. Very dry rude and oddly condescending for such a short interaction. I hope your day gets better hun. Customer Service ain’t it if you can’t be at least decent.
