This Starbucks usually takes a long time like half an hour to have your drink ready, which is not a problem if you know that in advance and you can order on the app a half an hour ahead of time. I get coffee every day in multiple Starbucks and occasionally a flavor is added that I didn’t request, and it’s absolutely no problem and a very easy fix. That happened here and I was given the third degree. “Oh, you didn’t want any flavoring in your coffee” while standing there staring at me with a very blank look on her face. No, I wanted what is printed out in black and white on the label that I ordered from my app. “Are you aware that there’s vanilla flavoring in the soy milk?” This was cinnamon. Another server comes up to show me the soy milk carton and pointing with their finger to the word “vanilla” on the cartoon. The original server I addressed said “are you sure it was cinnamon?” I said Taste it. She said “Oh we’re not allowed to do that.” Finally she said “do you want another drink,” and actually stood there waiting for me to reply. I said yes. Another server came up and again apparently trying to find out if I was really sure that this was wrong, and I said can I just get my money back. So at some point a few moments later I was at the cash register and was asked if I wanted my money back AND the drink, and I said yes. Another server came to the cash register holding the soy milk carton and pointing with his finger to the word vanilla. I did tell him are you kidding? Back off. Which he did after being nodded to by the gal at the cash register, and he cracked a smile. And I commented on that and was also was able to see the humor in all the performance art and the charade and the piling on. At some point early on when I realized there WAS performance art going on, I did raise my voice, not yelling at any server, just loud enough for other customers to hear what the exchange was. This morning I went through the drive-thru, which I’ve never had a problem with, and I was told at the window not to come back, by a woman who identified herself as a manager, because I “yelled” at staff. Yeah, I probably shouldn’t have gone back in the first place but it was on the way to somewhere I had to go.

We moved from Thurston to
Mohawk and out of all the Starbucks I’ve been to, this location makes it the best and very consistent! I’m the pickiest coffee drinker, but I can always count on a delicious coffee from this location. I’ve had issues at all Starbucks but this one, the best in town!

This is an amazing Starbucks! The ladies there are always happy and cheerful! Great service, GREAT coffee, and it’s always the way I request it and I like it a certain way. I hit this location every evening and its always perfect!

The drive through is horribly slow. Don’t bother using the order ahead app option, they won’t start your drink until you’re actually there. Maybe it’s the management? The Pioneer Parkway had it figured out, but they closed that location. Starbucks needs to add a location in Thurston that isn’t in a grocery store. This is not an employee issue, it’s definitely a logistics problem.

I just went to this location for the first time today. I got there right after they opened. I got a coffee, bagel with cream cheese and a blueberry muffin everything was great! I went with the intention to stay warm and do some wire wrapping work. I knew I’d be able to charge my phone, which is a Starbucks given. The WiFi was easily accessed and wasn’t slow at all. To my surprise they got pretty busy, for a late morning weekday. I was extremely grateful they allowed me to stay doing my work until I left at about 1pm. They seem to have a great team. I couldn’t help but admire how happy their entire crew sounded through out the whole rush. The manager was super friendly. I was even taking up two tables, he very politely asked me to consolidate to one which was no problem. I didn’t hear any upset customers at all. As simple as my order was, I have a lot of Starbucks to compare them to. Hands down I’d say they are the best I’ve ever been in. I forgot to take pictures of their establishment will add some tomorrow. Great job to their team keep up the good work! P.s. Everything including the bathroom was extremely clean.

BUYER BEWARE
This location double charges your card. Use cash only if you want a drink from this location. I suspected it before but wasnt able to catch it. This time I checked my bank account right after using and bam! Double charge. They know they are doing there. I see through your game. I will never use another card here, nor any other starbucks again. Shady and disappointing. Update- called as requested and they blamed my bank. I guess my bank only double charges here at this location yeah no, miss me with your BS starbucks. No accountability and not going to spend money at starbucks anymore. no wonder you are closing so many locations. Crap service with weak coffee that doesnt reach the top of the cup. No thanks.

Whoever was working the window tonight was very unfriendly and when she got the size on my order wrong and I corrected her she then charged me again. Which is fine however she didn’t add any more espresso shots to my coffee just milk. I order strong coffee and now it just taste like oat milk with a hint of coffee. I also work night shift and need that extra boost at work. Overall really dissatisfied with this store lately cause this isn’t the first time this has happened.

Girls talk to much 4 girls work 2 doing lot more then other 2. Had another DoorDash waiting on order, it just needed bagged but the other two girls thought their talk was more important then the customer. I will not buy from but have to Door Dash only.
