All the staff members are very friendly especially when they greet you from walking in the door. The interior is very clean in the dining area and in the restroom. They are also very patient and very welcoming to their customers as well!

Ordered 3 cones special. They were made wrong despite my receipt reflecting how they were supposed to be made. The manager/owner decided to snatch my cone out my hand to remake it. This location has a dining room, walk up window with outdoor seating, and a drive thru. It doesn’t get more full service than that. Like all dairy queen locations it has great soft serve options and menu items. Plus the staff is quick and friendly.

You would think that a Dairy Queen is a Dairy Queen, but every time my wife and I have been to this restaurant it has been a disappointment. Orders are wrong, sizes are shorted, and service is unfriendly. Honestly, with the A&W just down the road, and plenty of other places serving cold desserts, I am shocked this place is still in business. I will be driving out to Stow or Kent if I want a specific Dairy Queen treat from now on, and that is a trip out of the way.

I sent my wife Naomi to DQ a couple weeks ago, we bought 4 banana splits and the brownie sundae (dnt remember the name) well all the pineapple in every banana split was rotten, I was called back by a manager reassuring us they would replace every split, but when we went back they pretty much in not so many words said we can’t take a hit that big so gave us one free split instead of the 4 as promised! I’ll never buy their over priced ice cream again!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Note a worker tested said pineapple and it made them gag! But hey we’re just scammers right?! Not cool DQ!!!

Went to this Dairy Queen to order to order a carmel cheesecake milkshake, they said they couldn’t make it because the cup would break. I literally order this milkshake from this location at least once a week why not now? I drove all the way to Kent and ordered this the same exact milkshake with no problem at all. Ridiculous ♀️Hire staff that know how to operate equipment and know the menu!!
