Service and coffee great. Food good. I had a turkey, egg, cheese muffin heated up. Medium mocha. Timeliness perfect, even while super crowded. Great crew. Only caveat was I was saddened by the uncleanliness of the store, both inside, outside, from filthy floors, to dirty windows, to dirty tables, dusty display shelves, screens up on windows filthy, trash all around floor and outside around building. I’m guessing the good news is the crew is so busy and bad news is Starbucks not paying a maintenance cleaning crew. REALLY NEEDS ONE! Also, I know Howard the founder made his success on hot coffee, yet there was no menu items listing hot coffee beverages. I was surprised. Maybe they are not money makers any more? The sign fell off apparently. Another reason to hire a full time maintenance employee. The servers are so busy with crowds of customers providing stellar service, they should NOT be expected to clean or repair shoddy leather torn chairs and clean up gutter trash outside or window service. Come on Starbucks, make that store SPARKLE! THEY’RE BUSY!

I waited 10 minutes for a chai and I’m the only customer in the whole store is ridiculous. There was 4 women working and only one was making drinks. Beyond slow service!

Just stopped by and apparently their card reader wasn’t working, so they asked me to go inside..which is no problem. I go inside and my niece was in the drive through, so my husband had told her he would pay for her drink. But because I had to pay inside I did not get a chance to order her drink. The cashier seemed annoyed since she had to remove one drink from my niece’s, and add it to mine. She rolls her eyes at me and just continues to have her me grumpy face. I almost called her out on it, but at that point I was just so annoyed. I love this location, the gal that works the drive through window always greets me with a smile. But the employee who was running the inside cashier is rude.

Pretty much the most inconsistent cold drink experience for a Starbucks. They so often fill the ice level above the cup’s designated ice level line by 1-2 inches that I am forced to always ask for light iced (which then results in almost iceless drinks because they, of course, go overboard the opposite direction too). The final drinks are also 1-inch below the top of the cup. Given the cost of drinks, overfilling ice and underfilling the contents, they are basically ripping people off for what constitutes the expense of the drink.

The service at this Starbucks is the best! Everyone is super nice, always greet you with a “hi, welcome in!” the food is super good! And the employees look happy when doing their job and taking your order! I personally would definitaly recommend people going to this Starbucks!!!

Sad location. I bet the Starbucks inside Safeway does better business. 4 baristas standing around on a slow Saturday. I walked in. Greeted by the one girl working. The 2 old ladies stood there talking about stuff that didn’t matter while one young girl did all the work. The young girl finally took my order while the old ones were talking. My bagel came out not cooked, barely warmed. The coffee was decent. This is a location that leeches off the charity of others. I’m glad I don’t tip at Starbucks anymore. Just make everything automated already. Your baristas are bottom tier.
