Was disappointed with the $40 I spent here tonight. Food was cold. Sodas were warm (no ice). A paid item wasn’t included in my order, so they didn’t care to double-check inside bag for accuracy prior to handing to me. Chicken was lacking meat. I should’ve went to BB.q or Jollibee

Just order a 3 piece meal for a lot of money. Received 1 small thigh, 1 mini thigh, and 1 drumstick. Very disappointing. Was expecting at least a breast piece or at least reasonable sized pieces. Forgot photos…Kids already eating.

I spent over $17 for a meal.
Two breasts and a wing combo.
The wing was the smallest chicken wing I have ever seen.
Both the breast pieces were small.
They were both dry and had no flavor.
This was by far my most dissatisfying KFC meal I have ever had.
It will be a long time before I go back if ever.
If I can going to overpay for something it better at least taste good and fill me up.

Tonight we ordered the meal for 2 deal. Great price for the amount of food. Good as usual, never disappointed with it. The service however stands out, Brent at this store made the experience better than previous times we’ve eaten here. Keep up the good work!

Pretty good! One of the best KFC in the area. I asked for hot fresh chicken and it was truly crispy and fresh. I just wish the service was faster.

It’s a Sunday and like 8 plus cars just showed up and there’s like only 2 people in there hustling. Clearly it’s stressful cause today my chicken sandwich was definitely overcooked and usually it’s not. Hire more people or pay them more!

Have a bad experience today, the manager named Luis dared to yell at me in front of everyone, was it so bad to ask for an extra sauce? I loved going to this KFC to stay close to my house, but now I’ll have to find one further away. Employees all scared being mistreated by him when a boy He wanted to help me with the sauce. He started yelling at his employees like a moron. Terrible experience, I will go when they no longer have a staff with anger problems.
