The gal helping was very pleasant, but my protein box was sorely disappointing. The grapes were awful, my bread was soggy, and my apples were sad. The hot baked goods were wonderful, and my dragon fruit refresher was well done.

Came in for a hot tea. The guy at the front was really bad service, dazed, not friendly. I didn’t think he just was really out of it. I went to the restroom and then I came back. I got my food. Waited another 10 minutes for my hot tea. Then I asked the barista he forgot my tea. I had shown her the receipt. It said green tea with two pumps of vanilla when I got home, he gave me chamomile tea with no vanilla. The area to pour cream was really messy. All the garbage is out was really full and overflowing. Just seemed kind of dirty walking in so early in the morning and just really upset with my order and the whole process altogether. I just tried calling the number to speak to a manager, and it goes straight to your busy signal, but this was really out of context for Starbucks

Employees were hostile and unwelcoming. I came in after being in a car crash and I bought a Frappuccino. I had to sit at this god awful Starbucks and wait for my ride and all the while the employees (particularly the young man, idk his name; suspiciously, no name tags???) were giving me dirty looks and making me feel super uncomfortable. Pretty solid Frappuccino tho, no thanks to the male employee… Weird experience overall, top 10 things I won’t be repeating.

I had such a wonderful experience here the other day! I told the barista Katie at the window I had a birthday reward, and she was so sweet she even wrote on my cup. It made my day. My latte was made perfectly too. Good job Starbucks for hiring such a lovely young lady! I’ll have to stop by again.

Fair sized with 6 ‘working’ tables (one being large to accommodate about 6 people) and a few sofa chairs. Dim lighting. Drive thru & easy I5 access.
The gal who tended me was super friendly and courteous. A guy greeted me right away and saw how the gal greeted the next guy through the door seconds after coming in. Would definitely be back when in the area.

Workers here are usually nice. Today I had one being rushy with me which was unpleasant. (Whoever worked on 12/28 at around 1:45pm@ the drive thru intercom, learn patience.)I ordered a grande iced drink. I asked for light ice As per usual and as per usual, they gave me a cup full of ice. When they do remember to give me light ice, there’s about 2 inches of empty cup. I Pay for a grande I expect it to be filled as a grande. When I asked them to fill it up they seem annoyed. I don’t understand what the difficulty is.

Today I placed a mobile order at 4:09. I work in the area, and I clocked out for my 30 minute lunch break at 4:12, intending to grab my drink and then go eat.
I got to Starbucks, and my drink wasn’t done until 4:39, 3 minutes before my break ended. I spent the rest of my break driving back to my job.
I ordered a matcha latte, and I understand they were slammed, and frankly don’t blame the workers on duty at all— as they’re all teenagers or young adults and there was only 3-4 of them and I’m no stranger to being short staffed. But seriously? 30 minutes for an $8 drink? Do better Starbucks.

ok so like starbucks be the place where u get them coffee drinks that cost like ur whole wallet lol, people go there just to flex they got frappachino or whatever its called, but half the time it taste like ice with sugar and vibes, also they be spelling names wrong like its a game or something, one time they called me “Stankie” instead of steve, i aint even mad tho cuz the cup was cute
