Holy smokes, what can I say besides everything I’ve experienced at this location is directly against what I learned as a partner many years ago. I’ve never been so utterly dissatisfied with a cup of coffee or experience in my 15 years of coffee service. This location continuously hands off “hot” coffee that basically explodes on you because it’s full to the tip top. 1/4 inch standard, not here. Speedy service, nope. Friendly staff, wouldn’t know-as soon as I order my standard drip coffee, the baristas disappear or work heads down only focussing on drive through times. This location is why people can’t stand Starbucks.

If I could rate less than 1-star I would. Do not go here. They consistently, as of the last few months, mess up every single order or don’t even fill the drink up all the way. I just got a Venti Pumpkin Spice, and they didn’t even fill it up 3/4 of the way. I have not even had a sip yet. These are almost $7. Other issues are them charging me for a vanilla latte with no vanilla syrup, so charging me for something I never got. Again, DO NOT GO HERE!!

This is hard for me as I love Starbucks. I go everyday and get the same drink. Well I happen to go through the drive thru they said I should try this drink so I get it and my gf gets the matcha dubi. Well we get our drinks through the drive thru then start to drive off. My vanilla cold brew drink is garbage. I’m used to my six shot ice espresso six sugar free vanilla splash of vanilla sweet cream. This drink I got sucked. My gfs drink she said tasted like milk no clue I don’t drink it. So I pull back around tell them what happened. They make me pay for my drinks to be remade. Strange I come here everyday almost everyone knows what I order. This is how I’m treated. I was told by a different Starbucks to write a review so here I am. Hopefully they will get it together where other people won’t experience this.

Great overall experience! The baristas welcomed me with enthusiasm and grace. They were very helpful with suggestions and was patience with me as I decided what to get. I’ve never seen such a wonderful and cheerful staff!!! Would recommend this ⭐️bucks

I come to this location often and I’ve always gotten good service. Today I wasn’t having a very good day. Their aura in the few seconds I spoke with them lifted my spirits. I truly apperciate you all. The small gesture went a very long way. I felt like they genuinely cared that I had a better day and that I mattered. Thank you so much!

Ordered my drink online. Live 5 minutes away. Got to the coffee shop and I was the only one waiting for an online order with no one in line inside waiting. I waited 10 minutes before asking one of the young ladies if they had received my order. She looked over at the tickets and said they were still working on it. Never once did they acknowledge me while they saw me waiting. I waited another 5 minutes, nothing. Finally I went up to the baristas and asked for a refund as my daughters were waiting in the car. She only said, “you have to do it through the app.” No sorry, no nothing. All I had ordered was a Grande Shakin Espresso. Not sure why they didnt want to make my drink, as I had zero interaction with them beside asking if they recieved my order and for my refund. Strange experience, and it probably doesnt really matter, but its been bothering me for a bit because it was very rude and indifferent.

I put 2 stars cause the order was correct but I did go thru drive thru after realizing I didn’t receive straws and there was no line rather than stopping I went straight to the window I apologized “I’m so sorry but can I get a straw” and I’m just amazed how rude I was talked to in response because I did not stop at the speaker to tell them I need a straw first. Besides being so expensive Starbucks I need to be told to order a straw at the window? That’s mind blowing

Rude, unprofessional staff. The lady at the counter scouled at me as I ordered. The staff glared at me while I waited. And the young man who called out my order when it was ready, flinched and scurried away when I smiled and said thank you. I’ve worked at restaurants and delis before. I’d have been fired on the spot for behaving that way on the job… Do better.

The Barista told me basically not to ask for anything else unless I say it now, long story short this will be all I can ask for even though I paid my Money. I came on Lunch from an all-night position and needed my drink, they didn’t put any Splenda in my coffee and I ordered 8 Splenda. Unless You are recognized it’s not good to show up as a new customer because You will be spoken to in a crass manner and very short and annoyed behavior towards Me a paying and loyal customer for 30 years, this is very much discrimination…I hope they shape up or someone may get an attorney for their behavior.
