I used to stop at this location once a week but will never be coming back after I randomly stopped by to the drive thru to get an ice water before work. To preface this I normally do get food but today was a one off. The guy taking my order was friendly and when I got to the window there was a rude lady who said “just so you know we don’t allow waters unless you order something off the menu” and she was handing it to me. I don’t know what kind of power trip she was running so I said okay never mind and tried to hand it back to her. She kept saying it was fine this time but next time they wouldn’t allow it? So I shoved the water back into her hand so I could leave. I’ve never had this problem before and I also don’t make it a habit of going in just for water. If that is seriously a rule then they need to charge for the water which I would absolutely have paid for it had that been an option. This area in particular does not have a homeless problem so I’m not sure why they have this rule as it is a fairly high end area. She was very snarky in the way she was talking to me. It’s not that serious it’s a coffee shop.

I don’t mind sturbucks,but the baristas are very ignorant they have disrespected my name over and over again, except for some baristas who take the time to pronounce my name correctly. So I choose to go somewhere were my name is respected. Like peet’s coffee shop. I will cancel my membership with sturbucks as well.

This last visit at Starbucks right outside the Hollywood Fred Meyer was very disappointing. The space itself is bland and doesn’t really offer a place to sit, apart from a couple of chairs. It was understaffed (just one person both taking orders and preparing drinks and food) which created a line during a time that was not rush hour. The drink I purchased at almost $6 typically has whipped cream, but they were out of it (!!!), which per se is not a big deal except I happened to be there the day before and they had no cream. You’d think that that would have been remedied a day later, but no. Overall I would not recommend this location, but it is convenient for shoppers.

Whenever I go to Starbucks, I get a 20 ounce vanilla latte. At the 162nd and Sunnyside branch my 20 ounce Starbucks was close to half foam. I noticed as soon as it was handed to me in the drive-through, but I was in a hurry.

8 people working, no cell signal or WiFi, 15 minute wait for a drink that was made incorrectly and they never asked for a name so o was “Cafe” on the cup.

Usually do a good job. About 8 people working this morning. Went thru drive thru. They forgot sugar and cream in my coffee and they forgot the butter, knife and napkin for my banana loaf. I had to go inside, which defeats the purpose os drive thru. When I did, I explained the error. No, “oh, so sorry about that.” The woker just retrieved butter and plastic knife, then sent me on my way. With all the staff working today, service could have been much better. Wish I would have skipped the tip today. But I will give them the benefit of the doubt.

I try to order a venti ice drink in a grande cup at drive-thru. Lady told that they can’t do that, ask me to go another starbucks, and criticized other Starbucks allow this to be order.
If the Starbucks App has this options, I assume in-store or drive-thru would be the same.
Please train your Coffee Master to acknowledge that this option exist.
