Everything was good food service but only one little detail. There was a guy working inside his aspect . Looks dirty and he was using bad language ( bad words you can hear easily) but only that make me uncomfortable.

My experience at Carlos Jr was sad and terrible. I wish that this never happen to any other customer. They screwed my order put lettuce when i asked for no lettuce, they were mad when i returned back to complain so they took my sandwiches tossed them in the garbage and refused to give me a replacement saying that i took bigger bites from them.
I was intermetant fasting for 18 hours and literally shaking from hunger.
They took my food, refused replacement and shot the window on my face. I literally went to bed defeated and hungry after a long day at work.
I slept hungry because someone decided to punish me for complaining
The next day, I called to speak to the store manager, but she refused to talk to me. I heard her say she was “too busy” to deal with my complaint at the moment, and then the call ended.
I left a one-star review, and they replied with an apology, asking me to follow a link. After I did that, they completely ignored me.

My kiddos wanted a burger so we stopped by and went into the restaurant to order. I felt like they took a long time but they had a lot of online and drive thru orders. As expected the hamburgers were good, we will definitely come back.

When you order the Angus Burger as a double, better check they added that 2nd patty while still at the drive through window. Twice in the past month they ‘forgot’ that extra burger on my order. First time I was already home when I discovered it. Today, I checked before I left the window. Not sure why I keep coming back, because the order accuracy here is less than 30%.

We order here a decent amount and like to order the bacon western cheese burgers. It’s usually okay but lately it seems like we are getting our burgers with really hard/old onion rings which makes them hard to eat. The chicken sandwiches are fire though.

By far the only Carl’s Jr that will get your order wrong without fail every single time how can you get an order half right? The employees seem nice but that doesn’t make up for continuously getting orders wrong

These days most fast food restaurants have bad service or complete lack of service with kiosks. This Carls Jr. is always clean, the staff are always nice and friendly and they bring the food out to you fast. Just want to make sure the team knows that it doesn’t go unnoticed.
