We stopped at this location as we were heading out of town to celebrate our 35th anniversary. We didn’t mention this fact and yet my matcha coconut latte arrived with a message that made my day. I brought the cup with me to the Coast and kept reusing it, each time smiling when I saw the message. It’s the little things

This is definitely a drive-thru focused location. Parking only at the back of the property, no walkways—don’t get run over! The interior space is spacious and open. Service was good.

As someone who works for food deliveries, I expect quality service when picking up orders. Apparently they served me in the drive thru multiple times without issues, and then one day they say “you can come inside to pickup”. And I’m thinking “wth?” If they won’t serve me in the drive thru even after they had NO issues previously, I can’t believe why they turned me away like that!!! How rude!!!!

This is a consistency as this Starbucks and multiple others. A $5.00 coffee with half of it being cream.

Super nice people here , October 21 is my birthday , and my app wasn’t working right , their employees are so sweet , I showed up at 12:20 they still offered me a free drink for my birthday. I love the people here ! The girl who helped me have the most beautiful smile on her face!!!

This Starbucks is the location of a former bank (Bank of the West), which is the reason for the parking and drive thru layout. They’ve done a REALLY good job over the years of creating a good interior atmosphere and the employees are always friendly and polite. It’s easy enough to walk around the front to enter the building if you’re parking on the side or back, and since there’s nothing they can do about that layout I’m not holding that against them. The interior is spacious in looks very nice, would have no issues sitting in here drinking coffee and talking with someone. The drive-thru has plenty of space and moves quickly. This is a nice Starbucks location. I’ve been here plenty of times, and I have no issues coming back here.

Tara who is a shift lead at this location, always has a bad attitude and snobby look. She made me feel like an unwelcome guest. She was so unpleasant, and rude to her crew. After multiple unwelcoming interactions with her at this Starbucks, it made me feel obligated to leave this review. I hope that starbucks has a better work environment, especially with todays economical work climate, and amongst their political backlash; truly hope this is not what the average working American has to deal with on the day to day. Hope this review makes a difference, and hope to see better management as soon as possible. Do better

I had a particularly unpleasant interaction today and it will likely keep me from visiting this location again. The barista taking my order was mixed up on how making frappuccinos decaf works since they changed it and kept saying that caramel frappuccinos don’t come with shots of espresso and didn’t get when I explained that when they make them decaf now since they changed them, they substitute decaf shots for the caffeinated pumps of frappuccino roast, that it’s not adding an extra shot. She ended the interaction with an attitude laden “whatever” and then glared at me while complaining about me (loudly enough for me to hear) to her coworker. She’d been arguing with one of the toasting machines as it was beeping before she came over to help me, so I suspect she was having an off day, but the interaction still put quite a damper in the good mood I’d been in and ensured I wouldn’t feel comfortable sitting there with my coffee and reading my book as I’d planned.
