I love that wherever in the world I go, I can always get “my” coffee (breve latte). This store is big, clean, and bright with plenty of natural light and lots of tables. Consistency and flavor throughout the brand is on point. This location is very easy to reach from I-5 in case you’re just passing through (as we were). There is a drive through and a large outside patio seating area. Funny thing, there were OBVIOUSLY corporate higher ups in the store today and I might even say the staff was TOO friendly for my un-caffeinated state upon entry… lol.

This Starbucks is one of the most inviting I have been to. It is clean and well kept. My mocha was most excellent—just enough chocolate and coffee combined to make it totally delicious. The staff here is the most friendly, outgoing, and helpful that I have experienced. Obviously, the management team has done an excellent job in hiring and training their staff. I strongly recommend this location.

This has to be the best Starbucks location I frequent. The baristas at this drive through window are always friendly and engaging. Especially the young gal with a wonderfully friendly personality. I really appreciate her and the other baristas. Furthermore, my drinks get made correctly here.

These guys used to be good but they’re screwing up my order like 50% of the time now. E.g. just completely forgetting to make a drink (but still making the sandwich), and not really being apologetic about it.
Edit: yeah only seems to be getting worse, they mark online orders as Ready and it’s like the opposite of ready, I have to ask them where my order is, and only then will they start prepping it. Seriously what is happening to this store.

Jennifer with the glasses and long dark hair on the drive-through was exceptionally kind and went above and beyond. I asked for a sneeze of a pup cup for my tiny angle and she did just that and put it on a lid to make it more accessible. Bravo. Mission accomplished. No one else has ever been so clever.

I always get the best lattes at the Starbucks. They seem to have a knack for forgetting the sweetness just right in my latte. Maddie was so nice and really cheered me up. She made a special effort to make my latte just right and add some humor in our conversation. I really appreciated how she treated it more like a local coffee shop in the way she interacted with me. Definitely made me want to come back.

I wanted to change my original review. Initially gave Starbucks a three-star.
Because in my opinion Starbucks is similar to a Dunkin Donuts. It’s not the best coffee out there but it is dependable consistent.
I think there’s something to say when my favorite coffee place not reachable i tend to default to Starbucks. Why? Because I know what I’m going to get it never does fail you I can’t even think of a time Starbucks has failed me except for not being the best.
So yes Starbucks you get a 4/5.
