I came up here twice to get my food the first time i ordered i had 2 5pc chicken with 2 sides. The chicken was overcooked, too hard to even bite and at that it was cold. I called up to Popeyes respectfully and asked for my chicken to be replaced. The manager replaced my food no problem. She was respectful the whole time. The second time the food was made fresh but the chicken was undercooked, it was still wet and pink on the inside. I would say the customer service was excellent but the food service was very awful.

Drive thru person was very friendly. I was really hoping that the reviews were a bit off or they got their act together but the food was cold cold. Like not even warm or like it had ever been hot. Wife got three classic tenders and that was an embarrassment.

I ordered large mash potatoes and gravy.
I was not advised when I placed my order there was an additional charge for extra gravy which was 1.00 plus tax.
When I arrived to pick up windows I was advised for the first time the amount of my order.
When I questioned the extra amount I informed cashier to remove the extra gravy and refund amount, the cashier said they didn’t refund small amounts!
I asked for the manager who came over and advised me that she didn’t issue refunds for small amounts!
I told her she could the small amount now and train her staff to give the total when order is placed or she can refund the whole amount which was almost 25.00.
She refund the small amount with a very unprofessional attitude!!
I won’t patronize this location again!

Used Uber eats and this is what i received. Also a few items were missing. Uber says it’s not a reason
for a refund. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will no longer be using uber eats or this Popeyes location

Update: Came for the big box and got a drink added for an extra 2 bucks. The chicken was spicy and crispy. Two sides eere the cajun potatoes and slaw. They were simple sides but tasted okay. The biscuit was very buttery and salted. Almost got a dozen to take home. Previous: Greeted us upon entering the building. Fast service. Kept the building near and cleaned. Cleaned bathrooms while we were there. The tea dispenser was leaking and it was fixed. The food was hot and fresh. Tenders were crispy and fries crunchy and well seasoned. The wings were sauced well. The sweet and spicy was balanced. Everybody was friendly.

We ordered through door dash and our chicken was burnt. We couldn’t not eat any of it. Fries was half empty. We order two three pieces. It’s ashamed how you can even send food out like that. We will never go back. I’m also contacting corporate.

Idk how this store got such a low review score but I went around 11 am, while driving to another destination for work and everything was fresh and amazing. I also received my food amazingly fast. Maybe I got lucky but I’m hoping I get the same treatment I got today every time I pass by that area. I should’ve taken a picture. Biscuit buttered and tasty. Red beans/ rice and mashed taters containers were full and brimming with flavor. And the chicken tenders mannnnn, looked and tasted like the lady from the commercial made em. Sensational.

I am a DoorDash driver, I have also ate here before. The food is ok, not the best as other locations I’ve ate at. However, I wanted to share my experience for other DoorDash drivers. I picked up two orders today (1-25-2025) & the manager (I am guessing that was who he was) said the orders are not being started until drivers arrive. I explained to him how that was not right because that causes us as drivers to be late with orders and customers waiting even longer. He did not care. He said he did not want food not being picked up and wasted. We had a slight winter storm some icy conditions and many restaurants decided to close. If you are CHOOSING to be open, then you should operate as such! I told him that could get drivers deactivated if we have multiple late orders that are not even our fault and then we don’t have a job. He literally tried to compare what I said with the business saying it affects them. I said we lose our jobs, you would still be open! I will be contacting DoorDash for sure about this because both orders I had were late due to what they are choosing to do. Don’t get orders here, I know I never will again!
