This is your average Starbucks. Nothing different. Good service, drinks taste like any other Starbucks, wifi always works. There are only 3 electrical outlets, so you have to be smart with your timing if you need to charge your laptop while you’re here. Otherwise, no issues. I’ll keep frequenting this place.

Friendly staff. Plant-based milk they offer is soy and coconut milk. I was a bit sad to find out they charge extra for plant-based milk and that they use plastic straws. The seating area and the restrooms were still closed due to COVID-19.

Idek what stars to put because i have mixed feelings after this morning..
But this must be a joke. The exact same drink, however one is only half full of the actual drink and the other whipped cream? Is it because I asked for extra whipped cream on both?

This store is usually my go-to just because they have always been friendly the past couple of years that I’ve ordered here. I always do mobile pick up because I have too many kids to drag in lol, and they’ve always been friendly and everything has always been made perfect.. but lately it seems like it depends on who’s working on if you’ll get that now.

The past few weeks they haven’t been putting whipped cream on our lattes unless I put “extra whip” in the order because my husband won’t ask for it when he picks it up for me anymore after he was told they don’t come with it already on. We also don’t always have time to wait for anything to be fixed. So, putting “extra” has helped with that… but this just seems petty… especially without even getting the full drink that I pay for. I don’t understand lol but not cool and it’s only funny because it’s unbelievable.

Update 7 Oct: Overheard Kaylee at the cashier apologize to customer ahead of me due to short-staff but you couldn’t tell because of the high energy of the team humming along. Especially like how baristas announce the customers’ name as they are preparing the drink! Amazing team

I never really complain or write reviews but Friday 5/2 I placed my order on the app. After placing I realized I made a mistake because it would take a lot longer than I expected, immediately I went into the store to ask for my order to be canceled. The barista in the front said she could just bump up the order. I asked if she was sure, she said that it would not be a problem. I trusted it wouldn’t, then another employee that made the drink told me “NeXT TiME yOu sHoULD CheCk thE TiME on tHe ApP BeCaUSE nOw EvEryOne ElsE is WaiTinG” as I walked up to the counter. Listen, it was a genuine mistake, I went in to cancel the order, was told they could bump up the order and it wouldn’t be a problem. I was absolutely okay with them canceling it. The woman that made the drink decided to try and scold me in front of the other people waiting for their orders. I told her I asked for the order to be canceled to begin with. ‍♀️

I get it, it’s busy you’re stressed but learn to regulate your emotions … also maybe try and talk to your coworker about not bumping up orders if it is not feasible to do. Stay blessed.

I’ve been to this location about 6 times and the service and atmosphere are great…but the coffee was not. Every time, not good. I’m not talking about the “dessert coffee” that 98% of people get there. I’m talking about americanos and cold brew/nitro cold brew. Coffee that is just straight coffee with nothing added. The Americanos I’ve gotten there all tasted like a day old. And Ive had day-old coffee. The cold brew tasted a week old and the nitro cold brew was flat everytime and tasted just as old.

If you drink straight black coffee, I do not recommend.

If you drink the fru fru kine “coffee”, you’re still good over here. Can just drown out the nasty coffee taste.
