I typically have breakfast here on my way to the Aloha Stadium swap meet. They are only about a mile away. Staff greets you upon entering and are friendly. They prepare drinks here consistently and don’t mind special requests. It’s a location with a good amount of seating. Fairly large amount of retail items.

I ordered a banana cream protein matcha and thought it’d be like the ones at other Starbucks, but it came out really watery. I asked for light ice, but it seemed like the regular amount, and the matcha wasn’t blended well either. It ended up tasting watered down and kind of flavorless, honestly, a bit disappointing.

Allows pets into their store which is a health code violation. They have a sticker on their door stating “service animals only” but if they aren’t going to follow that than what’s the point? Employee said they couldn’t ask if the dog was a service animal, but by federal law you can ask 1. Is it a service dog? 2. What task does it perform? And federal law over rules corporate policy. By allowing pets into their stores not only are they creating an environment that is not allergen friendly but they’re also putting legitimate service dogs and their handlers at serious risk for being attacked by allowing pets into their facility.

A worker wearing a name tag labeled Cass was less than helpful with my coffee I simply asked for cream and sugar in the coffee as I don’t mind paying 4-5 dollars a cup of coffee. She refused saying that the coffee condiment station was behind me the half and half was empty and she said they change it out every 4 hours who wants that ? If the customer ask them to make a cup of coffee with cream and sugar why is that so hard to ask for? Come on Starbucks step it up ! your staff was less than willing to do this simple task. I am very disappointed customer service and a good cup of joe is one thing the experience is what keeps me coming back.

Literally the slowest most unorganized starbucks ever. No urgency whatsoever, even for the simplest things. One to two people need to be for online orders like delivery services and the rest for the store. Both registers should be open and staff stocked specifically during peak hours. It’s beyond frustrating to be waiting 10-15 minutes for “fast food”.
