With a Starbucks on nearly every corner, it’s easy for them all to blur together. This location truly stands out. The Antelope I-5 Starbucks is noticeably more spacious, and someone there has excellent taste in music.
The Sunday crew around 10 a.m. is especially impressive. You can hear their efficiency and communication as they move like a well-oiled machine. While most customers use the drive-through, the team effortlessly attends to lobby guests without missing a step.
One particular employee, who I can only assume is the shift leader, always asks about my pup cups and remembers regulars’ drinks. That level of care and personal connection is what separates a great Starbucks from the many others out there.

My pup and I went to sit outside over where there is outdoor seating. It was too cold so I went to the other side where the sun is. A nice female employee came out and offered my pup a pupachino. She came back with one for my pup and an ice water for me. I asked if she would like to give my pup the pupachino. She said of course and that was very kind of her. I thanked her. We moved out of the way so she could get the garbage out. We were out of the way enjoying the sun when another older female rudely asked us to move and I am sure she was the manger. The younger female employee that gave us excellent customer service needs to be promoted!

This is my first time coming here to this Starbucks location and I love it its very nice and big roomy inside great atmosphere and the people the employees working here are great , I would give it more stars if it let me that’s how much I enjoyed coming here to this Starbucks location an the coffees and sandwiches were amazing really good and well done .. I recommend coming to this location

Was very disappointed in the barista in this picture after I ordered my mango dragon fruit drink and ice water I sat down when it was time to pick up my order this is what I saw I made a funny face didn’t know what it was and the barista told me it was my drink just minus the die it was the same thing…I said where’s the fruit got a dirty look that’s why I pay $5 for lemonade for the fruit the freeze dried fruit that I like to chew on it was the wrong color and minus the fruit and still 4.95 and she was upset with me that I wouldn’t just accept it..Rolled her eyes made a face..Asked for and got the manager thank you manager for being a grown up no one told me we were out of dye and fruit it’s the only thing I get at Starbucks now.. one item on the list!!! when I lost all my stars that I spent all the money on last November for my birthday and didn’t get my $20 cup that I worked so hard to earn and found out that stars fell off.. the hard way I gave up on Starbucks last November I just gave them a second chance because we’re staying right next to them in the Motel 6 which is Awesome!!!l very disappointed$$!! they made it up by giving me the strawberry acai thank you for that!!

Really unfortunate..
Not 1 person said hello when I walked in.. waited at the counter over 5 min. Staff looked at me but said nothing and kept walking by.
I can’t tell if it’s the managers not being good to their staff or is it just overall morale. Either way this was not a good feeling in this Starbucks. I feel like the overall customer service with coffee chain has gone into the pooper!

I paid over $25 for 4 drinks and this was the very berry…which tasted exactly like water with cinnamon in it. Very VERY disappointed with the service and couldn’t get refunded after I took a sip to try it. I don’t recommend this Starbucks at all! Not trying to be rude, but disgusting!

Brie was an absolute delight to order from. Very warm, inviting, we bonded over both having bleeding heart tattoos. I especially appreciate how honest she was with describing the new holiday items on the menu. I really felt like she gave me a good description and helped me figure out what I wanted.

Store was spotless, service was fantastic and fast overall at 7am in the lobby on a Thursday morning. Their drive thru was busy but the employees were lighthearted and the atmosphere was friendly.
