Today I visited your Starbucks location, and unfortunately I left very disappointed with the service.

I urgently needed to use the restroom, but the employees were not able to provide the access code in a timely manner. They were unclear when speaking and it felt like I was being ignored. I had to wait quite a long time before finally receiving the code and being able to use the restroom.

Because of this delay, my coffee became cold, and I was not able to enjoy it as I had expected. It was very frustrating, especially when coming to a place known for comfort and good customer service.

I got served by a curly haired lady. Super sweet and super social. Complimented my shirt (which had a cat on it) and also wrote something cute on my cup. Everyone else was friendly too and I got everything within like 2-5 minutes. Everything I ordered was nice and hot-warm too. ♡

Everything is great except for the fact that the place seems to have been wiped down with dirty rags or something. As I waited for my drink looking around I noticed an accumulation of dirt in various areas. Every piece of clear glass window even the partitions around the counters seem to have been wiped with a very wet rag and when dry left and almost milky looking dry substance on all the glass in the store. It was kind of disgusting looking. I couldn’t even look out the front windows because the windows were so dirty. I love the landfill, compost, and trash options for the trash cans.
I was paying attention but if I wasn’t I would have never heard someone say my drink is done because the guy said it’s so quiet it was almost as if it was to himself. And I know it’s splitting hairs or being petty, but a straw was not left with my drink as usual. Also why aren’t the straws green here like most Starbucks? I’m just saying though.

I’ve always counted on this Starbucks for a good, quick caffeine fix, but something’s been off lately. The usual friendly vibe seems to have faded a bit, and I’ve noticed my orders are taking longer to come out. It’s a shame because this place has been consistently good for so long. I really hope they get back to their old self soon.

I had to wait for my coffee order more that 10 minutes. And then it was made wrong and had to wait again.
The restrooms were just as dirty as they were 2 days age. The counter tops were sticky and the floor was dirty.
As far as the ‘kitchen’ area, dishes waiting to be cleaned and service was slow.
I understand there was only 3 workers, the manager should have arranged for more workers.
Really do not want to return, but its the Starbucks with good seating.

Great service, workers are wearing masks but not gloves. Lines are long in the afternoon. We waited about 30 mins just to get 2 drinks. They’re always delicious though. Strawberry Acai refresher with extra strawberries is one of my favorites along with a Venti caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel. Delicious!

Update: Service has improved drastically! At least from my personal experience. They are quicker and still very friendly. I asked for a specific drink but they didn’t have all the ingredients. They asked if they could substitute it with something else and I was sceptical but the drink came out delicious! It was a “Pink drink” that I saw on tik tok. Originally it was supposed to be a strawberry acai refresher with vanilla sweet cream cold foam but they ran out of strawberries so they made it with dragon fruit instead.

I agree with a review left two months ago bad energy from their barista. I have never been chastised for pulling past the menu board in the drive-through area, when there were no cars ahead of me.

I gave ample time for my order to be ready so it wasn’t like I immediately ordered and then just drove up. I will never be going to this location again. This was a definite one and done at this location.
