The male barista at the window was so nice and made sure my iced matcha with strawberry Puree was just perfectly sweet. All my other food items and blonde caramel Macchiato were delicious and everything was well made. Honestly the best Iced Matcha I’ve had.

This has happened every time I have ordered a hot white mocha. They do not add the espresso. I literally end up drinking warm milk with whipped cream. At first I thought it was a mistake but after ordering one yesterday (I will not order again) they seem to not realize it is supposed to have espresso. and it is different people making the drink. Or am I missing something and I am supposed to remind them?
So the response was for me to click a link to share this information with the staff. I am not their manager nor the owner not even a employee so here is a thought…you inform your staff and teach them how to make the drinks properly. I won’t be to your Starbucks again.

Very bad service we are waiting from past 5 o’clock when it is open and it’s right now 5:30. They are not responding us. We are also going drive true as well as in front door. They are ignoring us and that’s very bad thing to the Starbucks. They hire that type of staff. I really appreciate that people who are waiting with me.

The staff is too discusting, we are waiting from 30 min. , and when m going on front door, me and my friends stand outside, but they don’t open the door and ignore us. When we try to order on drive thru, they also don’t give ans. What the hell, what type of this service. Cheap , discusting.

This morning I went in for a latte. As a barista of 10 years, and a previous Starbucks employee, I usually don’t have the highest hopes for any coffee shop I go to. Sabrina at this Starbucks has made me the best latte I have ever had in my entire life. I don’t know what she’s done to it, but it’s fantastic. Thanks girl <3

Not my normal Starbucks, but I was at Costco and stopped in to try to load a gift card on my app. The cashier was kind and trying to be helpful, however, the way she put it into the register it wouldn’t work. She gave me directions of how to load it from my phone and I did. Then she voided the $25 transfer from my Starbucks card And it took it off of my app. I spent 25 minutes on the phone and getting it taken care of where she had to even be on the phone with tech-support. tech-support did give me my $25 back As they were able to trace the mistake. After all this frustration, I thought they might offer me a complementary drink. It didn’t happen and I was disappointed. Then I went to use the restroom and the soap was out. I reported it and they filled it immediately. My time is valuable and a lot of it was wasted here. I will not have a good feeling about this Starbucks again. Also, they have no chairs inside.

Spent $7.55 on a venti matcha with lavender foam but I could NOT sit down to enjoy it. It’s called Grab and Go! No chairs, no tables, no outlets. I vote NO. Going where I can Relax and Enjoy!
