I tip for good quality, customer service and much more. And when I don’t leave a tip, the employees are looking at me quite funny. But let’s be honest I ordered a tall nitro cold brew, which cost me $5.25. When I receive this beverage, it was 3/4 full and a quarter filled with foam. What exactly am I paying for besides mediocre Service? This was not the first time that I’ve stopped by the Starbucks and have this issue, but it is the first time that I’m writing a review. And unfortunately, I must say it’s probably gonna be the last time I visit.

I ordered a venti caramel macchiato with an extra shot. They handed me this. There is not a drop of caramel. Wild. If you’d like a Starbucks you simply have to drive out of Vacaville.

This place is mostly busy but really cool. Baristas are well organized and take care of you. Tons of people around and a good internet. It has sufficient parking as well as a drive through. Just to summarize this all at once.

My drink was made already and it was placed by the window waiting for the cashier to hang it to me, but she was helping other customers so I did not get my drink after five minutes. When I got my drink, it was not even what I ordered. The cashier gave me an explanation that she was multitasking but me as a customer. I only want my order to be correct.
