The worker came up and said that if we haven’t bought anything we need to leave and I told her I placed an online order and she walked away still continuing to talk literally stop being disrespectful to the customers you’re gonna meet the wrong one one day.

Picked up my two holiday drinks and got my two free red cups. It was ready for me by the time I walked in the door.

People are great here don’t get me wrong in what I’m about to say. I would just like an extra effort made when making these drinks!! Between the wife and I we spend at least $600 a month at Starbucks. And this is the only location that I experience this everytime. The drink is always leaking out of the cup, people don’t want their car with spills all over it. Please try your best to seal the cup properly and wipe the ends.

I asked the guy who made my drink if he can fill it up he said he can add more ice. Good thing I don’t live around here and no need to come to this location again. FYI, didn’t Starbucks got sued for too much ice? And I remember their response was you can request for less ice?

I stoped by to gets some food at the Subway Across the Street and placed an online order for pick up. I walked to the entrance and it’s locked with a sign that says drive through only. There’s no way the doors should be closed to customers. I didn’t want to have to walk all the way to my car and go through the drive through so I walk up to the drive through window. I’m standing there for a good 5min and they were just starting at me like I was crazy or something. Finale a Female Employee opens the window and ask if I’m picking up an online order and I said yes. She had the nerve to tell me to use my car next time. That’s crazy. How is he going to tell me what to do. This the last time I spend my money here. There’s no reason the entrance should be closed during the day.
