Just went through the line , got the wrong drink. Was really craving this new item my sister told me about, and it has a mosquito on it, so upset i won’t be eating it now, and I won’t be back. Got 4 drinks, 2 of them had no flavor to them , please work on the products you give. And check the pastries before handing them out.

The only reason that I gave it ta 3 is because the girl mistakenly put sugar-free syrup and I asked for a lot of squirts so it tasted awful if you’re ever getting sugar-free anything never put a large quantity it tastes horrible but they were so nice and they give me my money back unfortunately I didn’t make it to the other Starbucks to get a different drink. Everyone was nice except for one person. But maybe she was having a bad day but she was definitely not having a good one . I mean I got that from her facial expressions, she did not smile not even when I was smiling the whole time. I hope everything works out for her or that she had a better day.

It’s in a corner mall area with decent parking. I love the fact that they put the app orders where you can grab them without waiting for someone to be free to help you. It’s smaller than most Starbucks. It’s clean. Didn’t really interact with the staff but they seemed nice, really busy.

I keep trying to give Starbucks a chance, but the reason why I don’t like Starbucks is because my order is never correct. I order the same thing every single time a venti salted caramel cream cold brew with three pumps of the cinnamon dulce syrup and add cinnamon powder. Every single time I only get the salted caramel cream cold brew. Nothing else. If I mean charged extra for this, why am I not getting what I’m paying for? It doesn’t matter what time of day I go, this location never gets the order correct.

We just got a coffee and kid’s hot chocolate. Despite clear instructions that as a special thing, my son likes whipped cream on the top of the lid they didn’t add it on. So when I said, “Excuse me, could you add whipped cream on the top of the lid?” The lady looked annoyed with me. Don’t think that was too much of an ask. ♀️

I come to Starbucks a lot. And usually I always ask for light ice, but this time I forgot. For 5.25, Trenta size drink, I got half of that size. The ice was filled top to bottom. Their drinks are tasty, but ask for light ice so that you way you get what you pay for.
