The staff here are always very friendly and speedy. I come here while I wait for the child I Nanny to get down with baseball practice. Its never that packed and there are always a bunch of Truman students studying. ** I think this place is quieter than the library on Lincoln/Montrose. I’d come here to study or get work done:)

The worker their very rude to the customer! I go to this location all the time because it’s close by my school but I’m so pissed off because of the way they treat me and miss with my order! Out of all Starbucks I’ve visited in different state this is the worst location ever! I already called the customer service for the first time of my life because I’m really mad and I will never come here again until they change the whole staff! My advice for anyone it’s not to go their! They don’t just mistreat you they also miss with you order as they did with me this morning please make sure u watch them! Worst experience ever! Please if you don’t believe me just pay a close attention and you will know what I’m talking about!
